I have been to many James Avery stores and most of them are olders so they are well established and are always busy. This is one of the newer locations but its just the same as the others, freindly staff and usually stocked with the jewelry I want. The best thing about this store is that since it is newer they havent built up their customers base yet so when i need something polished or soldered on to my bracelet I can actually wait in the store for it. At other locations especially Northpark I have had to drop it off and come back in one hour or even longer. I know this store will become busier but i will take full advantage of it while I can now.

My husband and I went in today to buy new wedding bands. We were promptly greeted by a sales associate, Mary. I had a general idea of what i already wanted. She pointed me in the right direction. Ring buying is always a difficult decision, and I have been looking online for months before I decided between 3 different bands that I was interested in. As i was going through the different choices that I had already set in my mind, trying each one on, she became very rushed. Almost a, hurry up, buy what you want, and get out kind of rush. I am a big James Avery fan. But if this is how the customer service is, I will find a new place to make my purchases.

Prior to our store in Allen, I had to go to west Plano and I dispised every minute of it cause it was always congested. Especially around the holidays. Now that it is 5 minutes from my home I am so happy. I walked in 2 days before Christmas and did not even have to take a number....2 seconds and I was waited on. 1 week and I had my spouses jewelry and soldered. Wonderful customer service that follows-up on their customers. This not your typically JA store. Yes, people call you back. Wow.
