I really like the style of David Yurmans jewelry however my experience at the North Park location was insulting. I have been to this store twice in the last 12 months or so and both times I was not greeted or helped. The last time I went in the store the security officer was the only one to speak to me and called one of the store employees to help me and no one came. I guess b/c I was wearing a tee shirt, jogging pants, and tennis shoes they thought I couldnt afford their merchandise. Although I still like the brand I would never ever purchase anything from that store.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with this store. I had damaged my David Yurman bracklet and sent it to this store for repair. Carlos was fabulous and explained the process to me. My bracelet was returned in beautiful condition. I am so pleased with this store and its personnel. Thank you!
