Ive never been more disappointed with a car purchase than I have with the purchase I made at Pikes Peak Automotive Group. They were incredibly dishonest about the vehicle I was purchasing and incredibly unhelpful with all the issues following my purchase. Within a week I had broken down and been stranded in my "reliable commuter car". The gas mileage that was supposed to blow my Honda out of the water is sucked dry every few days, the sporty aspect of my little car has never been seen by me. Living in a city made of hills I expect to be able to make it up one at a speed higher than 10mph. When I called PPAG about these issues and many more, including brakes that dont work, I was told I was wrong and making it up. "This car is a fantastic car with low miles! Theres nothing wrong with it." They assured me. Within another week smoke began pouring out of my engine. Another call was made to PPAG, whos general manager could not be bothered to speak with me until I became rude and angry. I was told to bring the car in for a their shop to look at. Several days passed before I called them inquiring about my vehicle they had. I got the response "The brakes in the front need replacing but everything else is great!" They assured me again. Several more days had gone by before I called again inquiring about where my car was and what was taking so long. They told me it was done and ready for pickup. No one bothered to call and tell the owner the car was ready. I take my car back and within minutes is smoking once more. Upon several more calls to the office I finally came in ready to trade the car I just purchased for another on their lot. After signing all the paperwork and going through the entire car buying process for the second time in a month they tell me they cant give me this car without having a photo copy of my drivers license. Odd, they had no issue giving me the first one without the photo copy. So, Im told to drive my old car home. Days pass and I continue to call and ask whats happening. They continue to tell me I need a photo copy of my drivers license. Eventually, I gave up. Now Im sitting here 4 months into owning this car with a cracked radiator in several places thats obviously been tampered with and a knocking engine. Pikes Peak Automotive Group is by far the most shady used car lot I have ever seen. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. YOU WILL WASTE TWICE AS MUCH MONEY FIXING WHAT YOU BOUGHT. They cover up problems temporarily until they get the car off the lot. Then theyll ignore you until legally theyre not required to fix it. Be aware of Pikes Peak Automotive Group.

Completely terrible experience with this dealership. I waited to write this review to see if they would make right anything that had happened no. I purchased this car on August 3rd so my payment was due september 3rd and my temp plate expires September 30th. On September 1st I called the dealership because not only had I not received ANY information about my purchase (no title) so i couldnt go to the DMV to get actual plates or register my car BUT I ALSO still as of today have received NOTHING about payment. I dont even know who my payment is supposed to be going to. This dealership had me go into their location and pay them on a random debit card machine because theyre negligence in not sending me any payment information. My payment would have been late had I not called the dealership and asked who my loan is from then called them and drove to the dealership. Not one time has this dealership called me to give me a heads up on what is going on. So now here I am again almost the 3rd when my payment is due and I have no clue where to pay or if my payment is even going to positively affect my credit because this dealership is taking my money. This is completely unprofessional and after talking with Drew on the phone for the fourth time and being interrupted as well as treated rude and not listened to I decided to write this review. Literally I spoke with the same exact person a month ago and they told me they were going to take care of it and that the Toyota dealership was the reason they were waiting on the title. Then I call because my plate is about to expire and its my problem and I need to now call them and figure it out? Ok? Please just send me my title and my payment information so I can drive the car I purchased from you and I do not need to contact you guys in any way again.

My wife, children and I visited Pikes Peak Automotive Group on Saturday to look at a mini-van they had on inventory. We arrived and were greeted quickly by Rob. Rob immediately brought out the keys and a dealer tag to allow us to test drive the vehicle. When it came time to purchase, besides asking for an extended warranty, Rob did not pressure us on either the extended warranty or try to up sell us on additional features. Financing was quick and came in at the expected rate through a local credit union. I felt I was offered a fair deal on my trade-in as well and I didnt have to haggle much on what was initially offered. During this time they provided a television for my children to watch while the details were finished and paperwork signed. The following Tuesday I was contacted by Rob to inform me there was a mistake in the paperwork and that he would like to come out to have the correct paperwork signed to avoid any issues. Now you have to understand that I live nearly 80 miles away and Rob made this trip during the start of rush hour and had to travel back at the tail end of rush hour. He made sure to bring duplicates of all new paperwork so we were left with proper copies and did this as quickly as possible. We are very happy with the van we purchased, it came with a full CarFax report and their standard 90 day warranty. This is an excellent addition to our family and the improved safety features over my trade-in will help on those snowy days.

My experience in purchasing the van was ok. Drew is a ok sales rep. The problem is the back automatic door was suppose to be fixed in January. It still is not done. The other door does not open from the inside. So I have been trying to get both of them fixed since January. The mechanic called and said they offered to pay for the automatic door and not the other one. So I am still waiting for a response from Andrew the GM. Drew told us the parts were ordered for the automatic door in January and they were not. They live to sell but do not take care of issues afterwards. I am very unhappy with the dealership. 3 months later and still fighting with them. This is a very bad safetey issue. You cant get out of the van from either back door. So I sure hope everybody else does not purchase a car with items needing to be fixed. I am considering getting an attorney if the issues r not fixed by the week of April 11, 2016. I have never been treated do poorly from a dealership. The are rated next to the bottom for me.
