El muchacho sabía mucho y fue bastante amable, lo cual habla muy bien de este concesionario de coches. Aunque no haya comprado ningún auto a fin de cuentas, el trato que Miguel Martínez me dio, es algo muy recomendable. Creo que tanto el lugar como los empleados son excelentes. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! There arent enough compliments to describe for this dealership. My GF and I went in last night to look at a 2015 Charger. Cae and Armando worked like hell to get me the exact deal that I wanted and they got it for me! Cae and Armando are stand up sales people and Ive got mad respect for them. We felt very welcome from my initial phone call to the minute we walked in to the time that we left and we were never treated like a customer. We were treated like people and friends. On top of that, the business is a very classy place and relaxing given what anyone has to go through buying a car. I will recommend Preferred Pre Owned to anyone who listens and especially Armando and Cae! Those two will treat you right!

My wife and I worked with Camellas Powell and the manager Cory. It was a pretty remarkable experience. We wanted two used cars. Camellas was attentive but not pushy. Both of them had great senses of humor; none of the good cop - bad cop kind of stuff. The experience was pretty outstanding.... even to the point of Camellas working with us to find one of the cars that we really wanted that they did not have - at a different dealership. (A pretty big surprise to find the Macys in Miracle on 34th Street approach at a used car place.) We are thrilled with the Acura RDX they sold us and know that we got a fair deal. I would go back and buy a car from from these two and send my kids there.

Let me just start by saying that this place is absolutely AMAZING! I went in to get my oil changed and to take care of other maintenance issues. The Assistant service manager Joshua greeted me right away and was very nice! We talked and chit-chatted for about 30 minutes and then he did the initial inspection on my car and in about 10 minutes, told me what he needed his techs to work on and how long it would take. He then led me to the lounge which was very nice and clean. Overall, this place is most definitely the best place for service. The techs were amazingly fast and the customer service I received was out of this world! I will definitely be coming back. Every time.

All the people at this dealership were a joy to work with. We had been looking for a while for a car near us in Oregon, but kept finding what we were looking for in Colorado. We asked for photos of all the vehicles "warts" and were sent honest photos of the vehicle condition. We asked them to drop it off at a third party mechanic to check everything which they did gladly. They shipped it to us in Oregon promptly within 7 days of the money being wired and the documents being returned. The condition was better than described and both my wife and I are ecstatic. Greg Baker and the rest of the crew made it so easy that I wish I had more vehicles to buy.

I need to amend this review, because the dealership is fixing my issue. In my earlier review, I said that I felt tricked by the salesperson who agreed to a full and final price with ALL sales tax collected, but failed to include part of the city sales tax. That salesperson is no longer working there. Despite not being able to talk to that salesperson, Marc, the GM, at the dealership listened to my situation and agreed to fix the issue by refunding the sales tax that I paid! I was open and honest with him and I could tell that he respected it. I feel they will do whatever is necessary to take care of the customer.

First, the dealer and I agreed upon a price for my trade-in, and when we got to the finalized papers they tried to sneakily pay $500 less than the previously agreed upon price. After throwing a fit and showing them in writing the price, they relented. All was seemingly fine, until this week when the temperature has increased and I tried using the air conditioner for the first time. Guess what--after the sticker on the vehicle specifically said "Internal Air Conditioning," it didnt even come with A/C! Overall, this dealer is duplicitous and dishonest, and I would highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

I had previously totaled a truck, and was in the market to get a reliable vehicle. I had the privilege of having Mathew Stock help me with my search. I didnt have very much money to spend, and Matt was very respectful, and patient with my financial situation. He never tried to pressure me into a purchase, and had reassured me that I did not have to buy a vehicle unless I was comfortable and ready. I did not end up buying a truck through Preferred Pre Owned, but I was very pleased with the respect, expertise, and patience of Matt, and I would happily recommend him to anyone thats in the market for a vehicle.

Our sales rep Jackson Trujillo was great! The finance rep Joey however was not. Ive purchased a vehicle from Acura before and never received bad customer service. Joey was rude and completely unprofessional. An agreement was made between the sales reps manager Steve Hunt and us about the pricing of the veihlce and when we went up to financing Joey wanted to argue about the price. This seemed like an internal issue to me but be quickly changed his tone when we started to walk out. For the most part our experience was good and we ended up with a fantastic car and we love her!

We bought a 2009 Ford Escape with all the bells and whistles from Matt at Preferred Pre-owned. No aggressive sales tactics, just listened to what we wanted and showed us a lot of options. The customer service was everything we could ask for and more, including assisting with deliver of the vehicle as a birthday surprise for my wife. We not only got a great deal but also got a substantial discount on a 3 year warranty from Joey in the sales office as well. We have since taken several round trips to Phoenix and the car runs great! Would definitely use these guys again.

RUN AWAY!!! Especially from the used lot at the bottom of Motor City!!! Tried to sell me car for more than the list price on the website, patting themselves on the back for giving me such an awesome deal!! Sales Manager gave me a 24hr void stipulationalong with his really HARD SELL TACTICTS, then LIED & said he didnt to the general manager .. I had it in writing!! Married sales manager hit on me several times in front of my 16yr old daughter.. ewwww!!! Creepers & awful excuse for integrity!!! RUN FROM PIKES PEAK ACURA & PREFERRED PREOWNED!!!!
