This dealer is FANTASTIC. I had heard good things so I sent a friend to get his Yukon there and while there with him, was very impressed by the quality of service they provided him. My vehicle, after having been driven from the Springs to Denver everyday for 2 years, had 140,000 miles on it and I wanted to get something new, reliable and Colorado friendly. I called in to let the sales department know I was on my way. When I arrived, Reggie had several vehicles picked out for me. I fell in love with the first one I test drove and after crunching some numbers, they just werent sure that a bank would finance me with so much negative equity involved. They said they would see what they could do the next morning and sure enough, that next afternoon I received a call from Reggie saying that they had gotten it financed, on a favor, for less per month than what I had originally expected. Of course, I called my dad and had him do his own research on the vehicle. On my way to the dealership to sign the paperwork for the Terrain, my dad called and said that they had another Terrain, same model, same features, same list price with 12,000 LESS miles on it. When I walked in, I asked if we could switch them out on the paperwork so I could have the one with 12,000 less miles. Despite how late in the evening it was and the fact that the bank had already approved me for the first Terrain, Bill in Finance and Reggie made it happen for me and I drove off the lot with the better of the two (amazing) vehicles. This GMC dealer is truly the "Starbucks Experience" of car-buying. They dont beat around the bush or make you negotiate for hours. I got a wonderful vehicle for a great price in an incredible amount of time. They even threw in an extended warranty and a Gold card for free oil changes. Reggie and Bill truly take care of their customers and put them in good cars, for reasonable prices and are professional, friendly and approachable. 5-star, A+ experience. As long as we are in COS, Reggie will have our business.

Bad service, inexperienced mechanics, and no loaners. Had to go back THREE separate times for the SAME problem... my tire was leaking air. Originally, I thought it was a nail, but after taking it to discount tire (they will fix a nail hole for free) they did not find anything. So I took it to the dealership. After about 1 hour, they gave me my truck back, and my tire looked good. A few days later, my tire is still leaking air.... So I take it back and the Assistant Service Manager, Christopher Fleetwood, told me it would be about 15 minutes to fix. Knowing I had to take it back a second time around, I questioned the 15 minutes and timed it on my phone. after ONE HOUR (without anyone telling me it would be longer) I had to walk in and get my truck back from service as I have things to do. They didnt do anything to the tire... I understand if it will take one hour, just tell me so!! Today, I went In to drop it off for a completely new tire, which they didnt have in stock..., I asked them for a loaner vehicle as it would take at least a day (or so they said) and of course, they had no loaner vehicles so I had to pay for an Uber. (I have other places to drive too as well-- coming out of my own pocket when under warranty, Im supposed to have a comparable loaner to drive while service is being done.) Never have I ever had an experience like this at any GMC dealership in Texas, or any other dealership ive taken cars to in the past!

I had a 2005 Jeep Liberty. Unfortunately the engine ceased on me after having it for 6 months and not even putting 8,000 miles on it. I bought the Jeep from Larry H Miller Toyota and never again would I go there. I never owned a car before and when I purchased the vehicle I was by myself. I felt like they didnt have my best interest. My husband and I desperately needed a car. We stopped by Ferguson Buick GMC and from the moment our feet hit the pavement we were greeted with excellent customer service. Brandon was the salesman that helped us out. You can tell that he really cared and was passionate about his job. After explaining my previous situation I had with Larry H. Miller Toyota he reassured me that he was going to do everything in his power to have my husband and I leave with a reliable used car. After test driving a couple of used vehicles we agreed to a 2016 Nissan Altima SL. Brandon made sure the process was smooth, which it was. The finance rep Bill was amazing! He sure did go out of his way to make sure we left with a vehicle in a timely manner. Everybody at Ferguson Buick GMC were so nice and they know how to take care of their customers. I honestly feel like I just created a life time relationship and I would highly recommend anybody and everybody that is looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by Ferguson Buick GMC. I promise you wont be dissapinted!

After my first vehicle finally laid to rest, I had been in the market for another. I anticipated a high-pressure and to put it bluntly, a downright uncomfortable experience when I saw that the car I had my eye on was at a dealership, but to my pleasant surprise, my experience here was the polar opposite. From the very moment we stepped foot onto the lot, Jacob greeted us with kindness and tended to our every expectation and desire, without leading us astray just for a sale. When the car I initially had my eye on had been sold, he didnt bother trying to up-sell another car that simply was not within my requirements. There were no manipulative tactics; he allowed us to take our time, and offered any and every bit of information on a car I could ask for. As soon as I found the one, Jacob eased us into the purchasing process, informing us on what was happening each and every step of the way. With as informative as he was, we still managed to get in and out within an hour and a half, keeping us laughing and grinning from ear to ear every step of the way. The faculty is all so kind; in a sense, they feel like family. I urge any and every car buyer, especially a first-time buyer, to begin here. This location and staff really lays the foundation of how buying a car SHOULD be. I could not be happier nor more grateful, and will certainly return when the time comes! :)

Very unprofessional, no customer service, and a overall all horrible experience. I for sure dont choose to do business with them, I have to due to my cars recall notices through them. I scheduled an appointment 1 week ahead of time for my 2nd recall with them and I brought it in and dropped it off with them for 2 hours and when I get there to pick it up they confirm that they did not work on it and had to order a part that they should of ordered within the week that I made the appointment ahead of time. This dealership is no where near my house, so for me to drive down there and have someone follow me to pick me up and then have that person drive me back down there and then I have to drive all the way back home for no work done on my car at all and then have to go through that all over again when they get the part in is ridiculous! I guess when you arent spending money there they dont have to treat you nicely or show customer service of any kind. A recall notice is not my fault and I should be treated just like any other customer and I for sure wasnt. I cant choose to do business somewhere else because of my bad experience which is the worst part so I have to still go through them even though I get bad service. I will be reporting them to the BBB because I will not be treated that way and them think its ok.
