I moved to CO in 2014. And I heard H&H was the place to go if you need good tires for a decent price. So I checked them out on that end...and I had no issues. Then recently...i found out they had a service department. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! I came in Feb because my car was overheating. They told me that I had a leak and I was misfiring. So after hearing their cost for the parts I decided that it would be more cost efficient to buy the parts myself then have them install them. BIG MISTAKE!! They do not guarantee their work UNLESS you buy everything from them. I found that to be very inconvenient. After they "fixed" the leak and replaced spark plugs and ignition coils...car was still overheating. So basically every 2 weeks from Feb till end off May... Ive spent my paychecks at their shop trying to fix the same overheating problem. So after this last "fix" I was driving my car and the engine completely died on me in the middle of the road. Couldnt even get the car on long enough to get out of the road. So after a lot of $$$$ put into fixing one issue...my car no longer works and I have to either spend a lot more $$$$ to TRY and get it fixed or just buy a new vehicle. Also, I had brand new brakes and rotors put on the front and back...and after 4 months they still squeal and grind making an undesirable noise. Told them about it and they said it was just because they were new. That i know and understand...but for 4 months? Seriously...NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IS WHAT IM TRYING TO TELL YOU. Unless you want to spend all your money for nothing. Credit goes to Samantha (Shuttle Van Driver) she was probably the BEST PART of the whole H&H experience. Other than that...dont waste your time or money like I did or youll regret it.

went in looking to buy 4 new tires and rims. staff was very friendly and helpful. after telling them my truck came with 14" rims, they decided 15" was a better fit even after again explaining that stock was 14" came back a few days later once they had arrived to get them mounted to my truck and as soon as i started driving away they were grinding against the wheel well and body of my truck. took it back and they told me "youre not shopping for clothes you cant just return them" and that they dont make 14" rims in the style i chose, which i replied yes they do i saw them on eBay. his response was, "well go buy them from eBay" They offered me no solution to the problem except that i should walk to oreilleys and buy these spacers that they will install for $60. and i would also have to sign a document stating that they dont recommend doing that but i wanted it to be done. spent 3 days sitting there while they just continuously tried to shift blame onto me before i finally got tires that i could effectively use. If youre looking to be screwed, give them a try

Bait and switch!! I found myself the owner of a handful of used tires in decent to good shape but no sizes I could use on my truck and brought them here. I showed them to two "salesmen" and they offered me a trade of 20 tires for 2 that would fit my truck mounted and balanced. I had very little in the tires so I agreed to the trade. They worked up the paperwork, got my truck in the air, took off my old tires, SHREDDED THEM, and then told me they couldnt do the trade and it would now be $100. I argued, asked if there were any others available for less money and was told by one guy they only had new ones and the 2 used I was offered in my size. I said I was calling the police, and then miraculously 2 good used tires showed up!! The "Manager" barked over his intercom to "Just mount those tires, and get that @$$hole out of here, dont balance them" I wouldnt let these clowns air up a bike tire! P.S. I sold the tires they refused today (14 of them to a competitor for $100) And they balanced my tires for free to earn my business!!

I did my research for the best all season tires on many sites including TireRack. I went there to buy the Michelin Defender for my Fiesta and Michelin Premier for my Subaru. I ask them about the best all season tires and their answer was Michelin Defender. They are very knowledgable and do not charge extra fees. They give you discounts and explain everything. This tires are expensive but I rather have my family save and make my daily commute to denver safe on my Fiesta. Now with this tires that have 90,000 miles warranty and are one of the best A/S out there I feel confortable. This place is always is busy, meaning good bussines. I do recommend this place to buy tires. They beat my Big O tires estimate. BTW, they get it done in an hour or less. Good job guys!

Weve been getting our tires from H & H for 10 yrs now, they have excellent prices and customer service. A few days ago we went into the vehicle sales area to look at trucks. Laura took us for a test drive and showed us a few other trucks. We werent sure so she gave us her card and told us come back any time. I couldnt believe she wasnt harassing us to stay and buy!! I have never experienced that in my life. Today we went back and bought the truck we took for a drive. I cant emphasize enough how amazing, easy, fast, and no pressure this experience was. We got a great trade in deal as well. We will be back every time we need a new vehicle! Thank you Laura!

Bought a set of wheels and tires here, paid for em up front. When they called me to come pick up my wheels with the tires mounted on em they had me load them up in my vehicle THEN decided to check the spacing on the wheels after already having told me they would fit my vehicle. On checking the spacing they discovered the wheels actually wouldnt fit and tried to give me another set entirely different from the ones I had picked out. I find this unacceptable and wouldnt buy from here again. Being a specialty store dealing in wheels and tires one would expect that they would know what vehicles thier products will or will not fit.

I needed to replace a tire that was beyond repair due to sidewall damage. H&H employee Paul worked with me to get a replacement. Their service was excellent and after they installed my tire, Paul took extra time to check the air in all my tires. They properly placed the donut spare in the trunk and one of the shop workers brought my car out to me, held the open the door while I got in and said " Thank You." Being 73 years old and partially disabled, that meant a lot to me. Service like this is very unusual in todays environment. I will do business with them again. Great job H&H!

H&H tire has the Best Customer Service. Not only did they take the time to find me the best deal for my new tires, since I had no clue what tire to put on my vehicle, they also took the time to get my bike rack off to change the spare tire. This took quite some time because I could not remember where I had the key for it. When I tried to tip the guy because he was so patient and friendly he would not take it. This is the second time I had a great experience with this amazing company. I will only recommend them and I will never go anywhere else.
