I had an amazing experience with Greeley Nissan. I purchased a new Murano from them a while ago and they made the entire buying process very easy and enjoyable and professional - which is not how I expected it to be at all. From stories I had heard from friends, I assumed that buying a new car would involve several hours of arguing for the right price, looking for problems with the car that were being covered up, and trying to avoid all of the dealerships methods to screw you over. ANOTHER NISSAN DEALERSHIP: Before I went to Greeley, I went to another dealership to purchase one of the Muranos there. The moment I walked in the door, I told the man what my price was and that I was not going to go over it - and that if he felt that was not fair to just tell me now and I would not waste his time. He said that price was totally fine and said that we could just talk the official numbers after the test drive. I went on the test drive and everything went smoothly. Then we went in to the office to talk the numbers. An hour and a half later (after climbing up bit by bit and having me repeatedly sign my name agreeing to the new highest price) he had his manager come out and rudely tell me that the absolute lowest he could go was five thousand dollars more that what I had told him when I first walked in the door. And the manager said that if I wasnt going to pay him that I needed to go set my mind on a car that I could actually afford. And by the way, this other dealership was apparently registered with TrueCar. Before I went, I had printed out a TrueCar certificate (which apparently they claim they will not go over). The sales man told me with a smile when I first came in that TrueCars certificates were final and that they couldnt go over them - by the end of my time there, the manager was telling me that the TrueCar price was even below invoice and that I was ridiculous to think that he would honor it (the price that he was saying he could not go any lower than was about four thousand above the TrueCar certificate guarantee!) . Another thing with this other dealership was that the sales guy kept hassling me to finance more of the vehicle so that I could afford his outrageous price - I told him repeatedly that I wanted to do absolutely no more financing than what I had already said but he kept hassling me over and over and over again. GREELEY NISSAN: At Greeley, this was not the experience I had at all. Greeley was amazing. I went to them and told them what car I was looking at, that I only wanted to do a certain amount of financing, and how much I wanted to pay for it. They were very respectful, kind, friendly, and professional. Once they had heard that I was only comfortable with a certain amount of financing, they said ok and didnt bother me about it ever again like the other dealership had. I went in expecting them to raise my price a little bit as well, but they actually didnt. They accepted what I had offered without fighting me or trying to cheat me over. The people at Greeley Nissan did an amazing job. They made everything easy and enjoyable - test drive, paperwork, agreeing on a price, everything. They also cleaned the car thoroughly before I left so that it looked perfect and they explained all of its functions too. And all of the people (sales guy, manager, clerk, garage guys) were very friendly and professional. I absolutely love my Murano. It functions perfectly and has had no problems at all. Without a doubt, Greeley Nissan deserves five stars and I would recommend them to anybody looking to buy a new vehicle. They are an awesome group of people and should keep doing what they do :D

I honesty dont know were to begin, horrible experience with these guys. Im not going to go into great detail because it would take 5 pages but please beware and double check every number if you buy here. Heres a quick overview of what happened. 1. I found the car we wanted online, saw the online price and talked to the online manager, great no problems super nice guy. I bring me trade in no problems they look at it and it was late so I had to head home. I talk to my salesman the next day, told him the number I needed out of my trade in and he went to work on it. He then called me back said that they could do that so come on in. I come in and the sales manager upped the retail price of the car by almost $2000 to make the trade number work knowing full well that I already knew the online price. Super dishonest but somewhat expected from a car dealer. I figured oh well maybe honest mistake. 2. Now here is where it gets bad. Finance!!! Wow I have bought many many cars in my life and have never been treated so badly. First off I made it very clear to pick the best bank that he believed would work for me and go through them to avoid the credit inquires. Well not surprising the shotgund my credit all over the place, almost 10 I believe. Secondly they come to me with the approved rate, sounded good so went to do paperwork. Finance manager then tells me that if i dont buy their $3000 warranty my interest rate is going up by 9% because the bank said that was "their" (the banks) condition was to buy the warranty so I could get that rate.-- Lie #1 Myself being in a rush that day didnt think much about it at the time said no to the warranty and did the paperwork. I left and really started to think about what happened and realized that what I was told was not even remotely possible so I called the my salesperson and asked for a copy of the banks approval letter to see this so called stipulation. Not 5 minutes later I have a voice mail from the finance manager trying to cover his tracks, saying he never said those things to my wife and I and I misunderstood him and all the cover up you can imagine.-- Lie #2 Next day I call the bank directly and suprise suprise they tell me that is 100% a lie and never ever will a bank make that stipulation. That day I get ahold of the sales manager with my most calm not trying to lose it temper and ask for the situation to be fixed before I have to look into this further. I get all kinds of phone calls and this and that to try and make me feel better about all the lies that had been told. To sum up- beware for price jacking dont trust the finance department, find your own bank never buy "their" warranty or believe that you have to buy it I hope all the best to everyone

After I wrote this I received no response other than a formatted response suggesting that they cared which they really didnt. Please be careful dealing with Greeley Nissan. I recently was interested in a 2006 Toyota Solara, and actually gave a deposit expecting to pay the remainder the following day. I was paying over Kelly Blue Book list, but I felt I was getting a good vehicle. First of all the sales person was very nice and helpful, my concerns were services on the vehicle that old. The carfax revealed very little, so I asked them to check on the timing belt since it had over 110k miles and it should be changed at 80k. There was no sticker on the timing belt cover revealing that it was changed, so I asked them to check. They told me they did and it appeared that it was changed. When I took the car home I started reading through the manual, and the owners name and phone was listed since it was a 1 owner vehicle I decided to call. The man told me he did little to no maintenance on the car, and apologized for not changing the timing belt. When I went back the following day to pay off the vehicle, and to talk to the mechanic, mysteriously they told me he was in Texas and I doubt if anyone looked at it at all. I felt I was lied to from the start, distrusted everything they said and decided to back out of the deal and refund my deposit which they did. I even asked it I bought the parts would they supply the labor, they refused. Bottom line if they would have been honest and acted with integrity I would have absolutely bought the vehicle. Its a shame that this dealership is more concerned about a sale, than acting in a responsible manner. They did write back in response to this, but apparently it was a formatted response with no sincere intentions. I have received no email or phone call, if you do plan on doing business with Greeley Nissan I would strongly suggest you get everything I writing. Charles Teich
