We just purchased our 5th vehicle there beginning of June. The 4 previous vehicles had no issues, the buying and financing experience was great, 5 stars all the way. This time around same 5 star experience when it came to our salesman Mike and Kim working her absolute magic again in finance. Unfortunately, this 5th and also most expensive vehicle ($50,000+) does not follow the great, no issue part. Within days of us driving the vehicle off the lot the check engine light came on. We brought it to a dealership closer to Monument where we reside and imagine our surprise when they called us after running a diagnostic with the news of over $2000 repairs being needed. We contacted our salesman at Suss, explained what was going on and after speaking to the manager we were told to bring the vehicle in and they would check it out. Several days later we got a call that the vehicle was good to go, they were able to fix it and we drove down to Motorcity to pick it up. Started the vehicle and the light was still on but were assured it would reset itself after a few days. Over a week later the light was still on, so we called them again and were told to bring it in. My husband is still active duty at Fort Carson so he took the car in after work, as I had appointments with our special needs children. He was assured after scanning that there are no current or new error codes and the only issue was that the history wasnt cleared initially. So with cleared history, finally no check engine light on anymore he made his way back home. Fast forward 2 days and the check engine light is back on! Why would that light come back on if there were no error codes and the history was cleared? There is obviously still an issue here! At this point I think its pretty obvious that 1) there is no way Suss properly performed their 122 point inspection on this vehicle before putting it on their lot and 2) we are stuck finding a trust worthy repair place to get this problem fixed at our own cost and we havent even made the first car payment on this car yet. Very disappointing to say the least!

In December, 2015 I purchased a used 2004 BMW 645ci. The salespersons name is Caleb. When I first contacted the dealership in November 2015 regarding the car, it was like playing cat and mouse. I emailed, and I called, and asked to speak with someone. I finally got in touch with Caleb via email, and asked him some fairly simple but direct questions about the cars condition. Being a BMW enthusiast who has owned this model, I am familiar with what problems to look for. Caleb said he would get me the answers to my questions. When I didnt get the answers, I inquired again, because I wanted to purchase the car. Since I was purchasing the car from the Southeast, I was relying upon Caleb to speak the truth about the cars condition. Finally, Caleb indicated that the car was in very good, condition and that there were no problems whatsoever with the engine, the electronics or any of the critical components or systems of the car. The CarFax was clean, and with Calebs assurance that the car was in very good condition with no problems, I purchased the car. I had the car delivered to Atlanta, and when it got here, I was disappointed: Caleb had no spoken the truth. The right quarter panel was cracked from top to bottom, wheel wells were missing covers but worst of all the coolant pump, coolant hoses and the transmission did not work properly. In order to fix the coolant system issues, Ill end up spending $2,100. Ill need to replace the transmission with a rebuilt transmission, which will cost $4,800. If I had known that these problems existed, I would have negotiated to either have these items fixed, or negotiated a fair price given condition. In conclusion, you cannot trust this dealership, and you shouldnt, because as long as they employ salespersons like Caleb, who dont act honestly or speak the truth to customers, you will be taken advantage of and lose money in the process.

Drove over six hours for a hard to find Infiniti. Had been talking to them for a few weeks about the car. Was promised it was in GREAT shape and looked like it was new. After driving six hours the car was a piece and looked like a dump. I opened the drivers door and the window fell about four inches. Upon closing it again the window fell another four inches. My girlfriend rolled down her passenger window and could not get either window to roll back up. I was told the car went through a 150 point inspection or whatever. The salesman said that their service department had looked over the car. When I inquired why arent taking it to have the service department look at it, they have some random mechanic and not a service department. I was already being lied to within the first four minutes of my trip. I shook his hand and said that I had to call it for this trip with him and left the lot. I actually drove up the hill to the Infiniti dealer and was welcomed with open arms. They unknowingly helped me debunk all of the lies that the dealer was trying to tell me calling me numerous times. I was able to find a newer Infiniti, less miles, 100x better looking, with a warranty. Just walk into Suss and it gives you a "bad" vibe. I was wondering why all the other dealers were hustling and bustling and I was the only person at Suss. Im thankful because Suss brought me into town, Im thankful I didnt purchase a car and found a GREAT one at another dealership. Avoid this place like the plague.

Drove to the Springs location from north Denver for a car that popped up. The sales person was friendly and patient. The store itself was nice, but I walked around towards the service area and it was in some disrepair. One thing that wasnt made clear before making that long drive was that there was no negotiation on the price. They had their tactics of giving me a full price quote with tax, then because I was paying cash they said they didnt have to charge city tax which lowered their price (but I would still pay that tax upon registration so it didnt lower my price)...low balled me on my trade, and in the end didnt drop the price one penny to fit in my cash budget (i dont finance since the 08 crash) and were talking $21k cash...they wouldnt budge on the price a penny! I guess cash isnt king anymore? In the end they didnt get my business. Im sure someone else will gladly take my $21,000. The place was a ghost town with maybe one or two customers coming in in the 2 hours I spent there. Its sad what craigslist seems to be doing to these once great sales establishments...they seem to have all but given up on the sales game. To me, when youre dealing with tens of thousands of dollars, there should be some room for negotiation...since when is such a high dollar item given the same respect as a gallon of milk at the grocery store? Maybe thats just me though.
