I admit, car shopping is not one of my favorite activities. I abhor the entire negotiations process. I was even more hesitant to visit a small non-corporate used car lot. But Horizon was not like anything I expected. Ed and his team are exceptional. Genuine enthusiasm. An honest appreciation for the buyer. Zero pressure. The desire to create a positive win-win situation. Their vehicles are inspected by a mechanic, but Ed had no issue with taking the Land Rover my husband and I were interested in to the LR dealer for second inspection. The report back from the dealer was outstanding, the SUV was in excellent condition. Purchasing a vehicle can be a guessing game. Even new vehicles can have mechanical / electrical issues, hence the warranties provided. But used cars often are out of warranty, which creates a bit more of a gambling situation when purchasing. We scouted out other Land Rovers at a couple of the LR dealerships and none of them offered any form of included warranty...oh, we could purchase an extended warranty...for several thousand dollars. Horizon was the only one who offered a warranty included with the purchase, meaning no additional monetary outsourcing by the buyer. Horizon offers what the actual dealer doesn’t...peace of mind.

One of the top, if not the best experience dealing with a used vehicle purchase. Dmitriy and Lon were both very accommodating with my requests and willing to go out of their way to help. Very friendly people here, I never felt pressured and was very comfortable through the whole process. They were upfront with the history and condition of the vehicle, and even had the receipts to prove it. I wanted to get a second opinion on the condition of the vehicle so I took it to mechanic to have it checked out, it was better than I had even expected, the mechanic was Wowed by how great of shape it was. And for the price...really good, I mean really good. I looked at a lot of used cars before stopping by their place and was pleasantly surprised as to how much better the condition of their vehicle was to the others I had already seen (which were pretty good to start with). So glad I gave them a chance, well worth the trip.

They really worked with me to find the best payment plan for my situation. They worked and worked to get me the best rate and price possible. I was about to give up on buying a car until I saw Horizon Auto sign saying Guaranteed Credit Approval. I was very sceptical but decided to make my last and final effort.(I remember my friend telling me he bought his Xterra from them, better credit than mine...lol) The staff was very friendly and helpful. I cant believe James got me financed with only $500 down and I drove out with a car. It was not my dream car but a great vehicle that I am really loving it. Thank you James and Horizon Auto-- I love my Pontiac.

The guys here are very friendly and explained everything in as much detail as I needed to feel comfortable. Got a good deal on my trade in and got a car I love with no problems. Its not a high pressure sales environment like you would find at some of the other dealerships on Broadway, I would definitely shop here again if I have the chance.
