High prices and middling quality produce and meats are offset by great customer service. We used to hate the meat and produce sections of this Ralphs, but things have gotten better. I suspect this is due to customer complaints, because the management team is truly responsive to customer needs. Outside these areas, I had asked where an item was, and the store manager came out to locate it. When he realized that they didnt carry the item he apologized profusely - and I found the item there a couple weeks later. Thats listening to the customer! Also, the checkers are friendly and efficient.

I have never had any complaints about this store. Altho it is out of my way to shop there it is worth it due to the courtesy and helpfulness of the employees. I especially like the fresh produce available there , and I really like Kroeger brand products. I hope Ralphs doesnt let the "other guys" run you out of business. Rumors come and rumors go but greedy guys are always with us. Thank you Ralphs Family for running such a good store.

This is my neighborhood Ralphs but I wouldnt go anywhere else even if it wasnt the closest grocery store. Parking is good, except for around Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE when everyone is trying to get groceries at the same time. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are always kind and do a good job of keeping the checkout lines moving. I wish they had self checkout though for the quick 2-3 item stops rather than waiting in line.

Friendly customer service at the front end, I like always seeing the same checkers:). They recently got 2 new meat guys and they are rude. We miss the other guy. He got promoted for a reason, because he had great customer service. These new guys will leave you sitting at the counter while they look at you. . And they dont keep the meat bunker stocked. Other than that its just a regular store.

Clean, stocked up and staff is wonderful. Produce is great and my family and I have been customers here for over 5yrs and will continue to be. Thank you Ralphs staff especially my favorite cashiers; Theresa, Maron and Diane. Always makes us feel welcomed and exceeds the friendly customer service. I love this store and find everyone so helpful and well informed. Tomasa in the bakery is funny and helps me pick yummy pastries, Daisy in floral is a master at putting together a fancy floral arrangement on a budget, Tim knows his meat, and Karen, Deborah, and Pam are awesome cashiers! One of my favorite places to go!!

A fairly quiet ralphs which is decently stocked with products. I have never had any problems finding what I needed and I enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. Their workers are friendly and helpful. How fast you go through the line depends on the cashier. Some are really fast and some are slow. Overall no complaints.

This Ralphs is clean and the food is always fresh. Never have had a problem with the fruit, veggies, fresh meat or fish I have purchased. The lines can get long but theyve always been really conscious if that happens and then open another check out aisle.

Costumer service SUCKS here, I have been going here for years just because it is right next to me. I NEVER get someone who is nice, the people at the cashier hardly pay attention to you and I am always bagging my own groceries! RUDE RUDE RUDE
