I visited this Ralphs on Halloween night around 6:30 pm. I went to 6 other grocery stores in the area and this one the only store that had pumpkins left. I chatted with Jose in the produce department as I was searching for a good pumpkin. Let him know I was hunting for a pumpkin and driving everywhere. He told me to hold on one second. He went to the back and came back with a huge perfect pumpkin. He was saving it for himself and his family but decided to give me the pumpkin instead. I couldnt believe it. I felt bad taking it but he insisted. This really made my night. I craved the pumpkin and won the craving contest. I couldnt have done it without this perfect pumpkin given to me by Jose. Thank you Jose. I called the manager to let him know of this amazing deed and let all my friends at the party know of this. Above and beyond. Thank you again.

I walked in around 11:20 p.m. This is the only open spot I could buy dog food at so late. I figured I would get a late night snack as well so I browsed around for about 15 min.. An Asian older woman gave me a mean stare wile I walked by her. She saw me again and asked me if I needed help and also asked why I kept walking around the store. She did not ask the white customer that was browsing or the teenagers in the beer section. The racist Asian woman made feel like my money is not as good enough as another customers because I am of Latin decent. I work in customer service and I do not appreciate the manner in which I was treated. My perception of Ralphs is that they hire racist people to work and stereotype young men like myself. I could not take my time and shop like a normal person because the Asian woman was making me feel very uncomfortable.

I was in search for Boars Head Meat and cheese and I called this Ralphs location and asked for the Deli department and once I was transferred Ariana answered the phone. I asked if they carried Boars head meat and she said yes. GREAT! I told her my name and my nephew and asked were they were located suprise 9.9 miles and I said I would ask for her. Trust the drive was worth it not only because they did have Boars meat but more so for the GREAT customer service. I would highly recommend this this Ralphs and if you stop by the Deli department ask for Ariana. I did and was very happy.

I like this Ralphs for its convenient location,self check that is never crowded,friendly,never snotty cashiers,free samples at the bakery,and beautiful flower arrangements and plants at reasonable prices. decent markdowns as well especially on produce. They have small bags of produce for a dollar. during certain seasons i find an entire box of overripe bananas for 4.00. a steal to make banana bread. They are a little pricier than Food for less although they are owned by the same parent company but they have many name brand items that food for less doesnt have.

I love Ralphs but this one is the WORST. Jessica is so anal about taking coupons, I am glad she knows how to read. She is a hater and jealous that I always get a good deal. I hope she is getting paid good money. She is actually pushing customers away. Her idea of good customer service is far away from reality. She is miserable. She even tells her customer service clerks TO REFUSE SERVING ME AND for me to go to another line. I hope the strikes Ralphs went thru dont come back. She will be out of a job. There is plenty of competition out there.

Ralphs has good produce and competitive prices. This Ralphs in particular is very clean and organized. There is a gas station here that belongs to them as well. If you buy enough from Ralphs, remember to get their membership, you can get gas savings that are pretty good.

Great store with a pretty decent deli counter with Boars Head meats. The bakery is pretty sad though which is a shame given their great deli meats. Like most Ralphs it has self checkout and a huge bonus is the fuel center.

Am in love with this grocery store. They have everything you need for a good price in comparison with other groceries except Walmart. So sorry Ralphs, this the truth. But when comes to quality, Ralphs is BETTER.

The oldest Ralphs in this area. Not as spacious as the one at Milliken Ave and Baseline Rd. Best Ralphs is at Day Creek Blvd.
