The service was fine, however, they had very little in the way of organics. Good selection of bulk items for such a small store, though. The red velvet cake we bought there was great. We saw a chocolate wine we bought there to go with the cake elsewhere for a few dollars more, so their price was fair. Had a deli as well. Not bad for a little neighborhood store, but not ideal if you are looking for organic items (which I used to think was just a snobby thing to buy, but bc of health issues our family has been exploring natural treatments, and watching documentaries on Netflix, and, turns out that the only reason pesticides are even needed is if the soil isnt replenished so the food is so nutrient-deficient that it cant fend off pests itself as organic produce will due to its healthy, bursting-with-nutrition immune system. Eat organic not so much to avoid pesticides, but to be ingesting nutritious foods...some non-organic lemons have been tested as being entirely void of vitamin C! CRAZY!!). Eat organic to...live long and prosper! ;)

I like shopping at Sprouts. From their meat department and fresh produce to their bulk items selections it is always fresh and priced well. I appreciate their selection of spices which I can buy as much or as little as I need. This is also about the only place I can find my favorite Yogurt from Austin TX. Their bakery items are very good. They make some very tasty sandwiches at the deli. Another option I very much appreciate is the cheese selection, they sometimes have smaller portions of new cheeses you can purchase to taste before you make a full investment. Because of their very good sale prices they may run out of items before the end of the day but they are always very good about giving you a rain check or substituting with a comparable item for the same sale price. I like how they always make you see they are very happy you are shopping at their store.

Sprouts, particularly this location, is my favorite grocery store. They have the best price and great qulity produces, meats and seafood, especially when you shop when items are on sale. Wednesday is double sale day, which means you get the discount form this weeks ad as well last weeks ad. If you are hungry, grab a freshly made sandwich from the deli counter. Its cheap and tasty. Or you can get a juicy rotisserie chicken. I also love their bulk bins. They also have bulk spices. You can just buy the portion you need. Everyone who works there are always friendly and helpful. Theyve helped me locate items. If I cant find something out on the floor, they would go to the back to check for me. The cashiers are always smiling. Because of Sprouts, grocery shopping is not a chore, but rather something I look forward to every week. I just love shopping here!

Sprouts is a grocery store that positions itself as something of a health food market. It used to be called Henrys, which gained market share during the grocery store strike several years ago (2003-2004). Given the size of the store they have a good portion of space dedicated to their fresh produce section; a large variety, generally "middle of the road" quality. Sometimes Sprouts has good prices on produce, especially the advertised specials of the week, though often these advertised specials are a lower grade (smaller size) enabling the lower price. Customer Service complaint: Ive always considered it rude when a customer talks on the phone while checking out at the cash register. But was astounded tonight to see the cashier at Sprouts texting on the phone while the customer in front of me was entering her pin at the register!

There are lots of friendly employees, some fantastic prices (and they sell the sales items from the week before as well as the new weeks bargains every Wednesday) and natural, chemical free veg and meats at great prices, and all the natural herbs and vitamins that any health food store has. They sell bulk seasonings, grains and trail mix also. Last week I bought NATURAL, 93% FAT-FREE GROUND SIRLOIN MEAT FOR $1.99 A LB! Where else can you get that? Only recently have the mainstream markets like Ralphs and Vons carried premium produce and believe me, their prices are much higher, generally. Frankly, the lowest reviewers here seem to have a personal axe to grind. Just saying....

The produce is really great and I prefer it over other stores in the area because it is super fresh and good quality for the price. Only 4 stars because other items are very expensive (typical for an organic store) and for some reason Id rather go somewhere else for meat. Not that its bad at Sprouts, but I feel there are better deals on meats other places. The location is very clean and nice, and I have not had any unfavorable interactions with any staff. Anyways, my whole point is go for the produce!!

I loved shopping here. Everything is always fresh and of good quality. Best part is now theyve decided to remodel their store and pass the savings down to the customer. Everything is just a little more expensive, not much just $.20-$.50 on most items. Or per pound or ounce on some items, but everything adds up doesnt it. Bet the prices wont go down after they finish paying off the new store.

Terrible customer service on the phone. They pick up and hang up and when they finally answer they wont help you or even here you out, they just put you on hold. After 10 min I hung up called again and same thing. I never even got to ask them my question. I just wanted to know if they carried a specific kind of flour.

The manager, John Laney, is very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I am a patron of Henrys, and hoped that they would be interested in providing a donation for a local cancer fighting event. I am shocked with how he responded to me - a simple no would have been suffice.

Ive shopped here on 3 separate occasions and seasons. Pro: Employees are helpful and it has some unique "natural" hard-to-find items. Cons: Understaffed, has very poor produce, and it is insanely overpriced. Youd find better produce for better value at Ralphs or Albertsons.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and the food is fresh and the deli is mandatory stop for me and my dog. Also cant pass up those great chocolate chip muffins. Say hi the cute manager Christina woo hoo.

Any real health fanatic knows it begins with everything you eat and everything you eat should be coming from a reliable source like whole foods or Henrys natural market. My top two places to shop.

I love sprouts, but I wish they would have more checkers, they are always packed it seems. Would make it a lot easier to shop with my son with out all the crowds.

My number one stop for groceries, especially meat and produce. Close, easy, affordable, and high quality. Wednesdays are double-ad day, twice as much on sale.

Great store with fairly busy parking lot. All service people here are very friendly. They always have organic coffee samples, which makes me very happy.
