This location has really gone down hill. The produce hasnt been fresh in quit sometime. Berries are moldy, lettuce brown and wilted. The food in the service deli I have noticed a lot of molded over cheese, labeles onto of labeles, and just dirty overall. Today came in and saw two girls eating out of the bags of grapes. Yikes who knows whos else has been in those grapes. Last time I check people get terminated for eat food not paid for. I have seen a large turn over of employees lately. Management must not know what they are doing to keep there store staffed. I have also noticed a lot of physically challenged employees. Not a bad thing but not a good thing either. And the one thing that bothers me the most is not being dress appropriately. Spandex, cut-offs, super tight, dirty looking close to me is unexceptable. Uniform is key. Why is the dress code not enforce? Why do employees have not clue when a question is asked. Why are cell phones out. I would like to shop in a clean store with adults workers not children workers. Oh and have food/produce outside baking in the sun. And it creates rodents/rats. Get it together Sprouts your store is falling.

I have lived in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach for a good portion of my life, but have recently moved here to Mission Viejo. Coming here was the worst first experience a relaxed guy like myself could ever have. Went in to refill my 5 gallon bottle, but didnt have the cash for it, just credit. So I got a small box of blueberries, wasted a good 15 minutes in line, was confronted by rude costumers and an unconfident cashier spining me in all directions. When I finally got the money, I had no idea they charged my card twice and made it seem like they didnt charge me for the blueberries making me believe I just made out with a free box of blueberries, creating a lot of stress and drama. What a very confusing and tiring first visit.

Sprouts Farmers Market is a place one can come back to many times. There are just a lot of different vendors to choose from and many different varieties of food. It is a foodie delight. The only drawback is that there are so many patrons here it takes a long time to order your food. On top of that it sometimes take almost as long to get your food. Ive been here on two occasions and they were both great experiences and worth waiting in line for.

Love Sprouts in general especially with their double weekly ads Wednesdays. I really enjoy coming to this particular Sprouts because it is so close to where I live and the employees are always so nice. The only thing that slightly bothers me and the reason for the 4 star rating is that they always have two long lines at checkout. Every time I go they always have only two lines open and they are always long.

i like it, it have all the ingredients i need, but the service was terrible: i came to ask them to adjust the price for me which i bough 2 days ago, they made me wait so long and then tell me: you went through all this because of this? i cant do it because.......why didnt they told me from the beginning ? force me to wait then insulted me, horrible!!!! no store treat customer like that.

It took me a number of years to visit a Sports but did the other day. Im not sure what I was expecting. Maybe a middle ground between Trader Joes and Whole Foods. Wasnt impressed with the prices of the produce. Customer service was lacking also. They did have a good price on some of there fruit, but i decided in the end to go leave. Other people I know rave about Spourts, not me.

As an employee I have no more motivation to work for this place. In the beginning they act like they care and want to move you up. When it comes to an opportunity to move up you can but with minimal pay change. I am now a meat cutter and make less then some of the clerks. So Im going to work as hard as the clerks. You get what you pay for

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Produce is great and doesnt go bad as quickly as other grocery stores. Fairly easy to find things. Wish they had a bigger freezer section though. They have really tasty soups too! I love there double ad Wednesdays, but they seem to restock that day too, so go later in the day around 1pm.

I love Sprouts they have almost every specialty item I cant find at the normal grocery store. The cashiers and everyone throughout the store usually greet you, which is nice. Because its such a great place to shop it can get busy and lines get long. Shop early or shop late and the wait is minimal.

Dodged a Bullet

The reason Im giving Sprouts 3 out of 5 stars is because their food is getting so expensive...dairy, beef and vegetables; and I wont even consider purchasing supplements from them as theyre so pricey. I love this store but they dont seem to be as competitively priced as they used to be.

Another great Sprouts. Larger than some surrounding locations. One thing I really like about this Sprouts is that it is larger in size than some of the other Sprouts locations in the surrounding areas. Larger floor space means more selection.

I love this location, the produce is always so fresh and I can trust the expire dates dates (something other grocery stores have proven to be false). I have always loved this store and the prices are spot on.

I love Sprouts, its like a small version of Whole Foods, without the crowds as better prices. If you download their app you can see whats on sale each week, and on Wednesdays you have the double sale day.

This store is clean and the food is fresh. The prices are slightly higher than your average grocery store, but, you get what you pay for... This is where Ill be purchasing all my fruits and vegetables!

High quality fruits in vegetables, and their pre-made products are wonderful! However, prices are relatively high sort of like a whole foods or any other premium grocery store

Great prices on fresh produce. The staff who work the supplement section seem to be very well qualified and knowledgeable. Im thrilled its within driving distance.

Lots of nice produce and bulk goods. Some of the food is a bit pricey but they have organic and vegan stuff.
