Too much waste at this store with overstocking and unnecessary huge unused spreads. They could focus more on smaller amounts and organic integrity throughout, -instead large chain compromise. Way too much regular food that isnt strongly organic and non-gmo. Many come here to have non-gmo, but the greater part of the store is not, and the prices are still high. So, I cut back on my shopping. But, staff and customer service that work at the store are very nice, and they do have a few good non-gmo product offerings that I purchase. But, when you ask for supplier available upon request in the bulk section, its challenging. Also, they often dont answer. I really think they should downsize the amount of food and boxes and then I would prefer this store more.

The foods are very good. However, the services are terrible. I was the only customer and was waiting at the meat area for at least 5 mins before someone came to help me. The person behind the counter look at me twice but he never asked me for help. At the price I am paying for foods there, I would expect they have better services. I receive better services at Ralph. Whole Foods needs to spend time training their people in customer services or hire better people, who understand customer services.

Everyone in this store is super helpful and nice and knowledgeable, specifically the butchers! During the holidays, when there was a HUGE LINE at the meat counter, not only did the butcher help me with specific cuts of meat, he went out of his way to help me with something random, that had to be taken from the back, and cut right there. It was the best customer service for the amount of stress everyone was feeling the day before New Years Eve. I was blown away, and will continue to shop here!

Service is consistently bad especially in the restaurant. Whether it is training or being understaffed, the servers have a bad attitude, are slow and do not engage or make eye contact / smile with the customers. I stopped going here a year ago and went last night to see nothing has changed. I will not be going back. One customer even empathized with their hard day and offered to buy them a drink and the female server shut her down and did not thank her.

Updated Review: Previously rated 5 stars, but things have changed over the last year. Happy hour food is nonexistent and the beers on tap arent that great anymore. Used to frequent twice a week. Now we dont bother going at all. We knew something was up when they got rid of servers on the patio and started putting items like kombucha on tap taking up the space for beer.

I dont mind paying more money now for healthy organic food, rather then paying more money later for meds and hospital bills from all the chemicalized cheap junk "not food" that destroys your immune system and shortens your life. Yes, you can buy health by eating natural foods that our bodies are made for. And thanks to Whole Foods, there is still natural food around.

I have been at more than 15 different whole foods market . I usually have lunch and dinner from hot bar . this place have worst hot bar food I have ever seen in whole foods they dont look health and they are so heavy and always same stuff . They have to checked out and have to learn from other location in The District, 2847 Park Ave, Tustin

Service is terrible here, staff will not acknowledge you if your standing right next to them. There was a spill on the floor, told two associates that were just standing around talking and one acted like he was going to clean it up and they just walked away leaving it wet for someone to slip and fall. You have to grab them to help you.

Great staff! Very happy to shop here. I drive from San Clemente 2-3 x per month. The meat here is excellent. I also love the bakery, charcuterie, and produce. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. I often find products that I cant find elsewhere. The staff does a great job and the cashiers are very nice.

Huge variety, healthy options and a lot of great ingredient alternatives for anyone with dietary restrictions. The "bulk" food section is a bit misleading because the prices end up being much higher than buying the same weight of product pre-packaged in a shelf. Huge variety of fresh produce

8pm and the food counters specifically pizza was not making slices anymore & the disinterested girl behind the counter just pointed at the sad leftover slices - the young man at the sandwich counter was picking up the floor mats and ignoring me so I guess they just had enough for the day...

I had made a special request of this store that they were trying to fulfill. After a week waiting for answer, i attempted to call them to find the status. After 5 tries (4 different departments) I gave up. Apparently they dont believe in answering their phone.

Huge selection for philorganic pals&gals like me, vaste of imported beers, natural cosmetic products and the list goes on and on , If youte tired of looking the shelves, just grab a beer or pizza. Btw the guys who organize the bags are very kind&helpful.

Good selection of some nice products, but WAY over priced. Unless you need something that you can not get anywhere else, go to another store. I recommend Mothers Market, they have many of the same products at a reasonable price.

This is a typical Whole Foods. Upscale items, great selection, friendly staff, and crazy overpriced stuff. The outdoor seating is cool. It is convenientfor where I am, but I still prefer Trader Joes.

We ate there, and the choices of food was amazing. They had everything. We ate outside, but we could still hear the live music coming from inside. Great place to grab a bite and chill.
