Ive been a rent one customer for six years with no complaints. However today I went in to make purchase after my recent pay off. They tried to sell me an item that destroyed from previous renters. Told me a price and I had credited money and was going to put towards payments. Long story short. Money was credited to retail price minus 100 because of condition of couch. Making the total the price he gave me originally. Retail 1200 price he gave me 800 because of condition. Then later say the credited money was taken from the 1200 minus 100 for condition. At that point I was like hold up. U said u would sell it to me for 800 before I ever said any thing bout the credited money. This took place just after the credit card swipe. I then demanded refund and walked out. Couch had three, three inch wholes on bottoms of cushions and a nickel sized one on top of cushion. Paint on two cushions. All in all couch was used and showed may have been worth 300. And thats a BIG maybe.

I would recommend hiring more people like Vicky and Michael they are very knowledgeable and people pleasers. I always get great service from everyone there, they are very friendly and helpful with anything I need or just enquire about. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I will not go anywhere else. Mrs. Jaimie and the staff here were GREAT! That was very easy to deal with and offered me pre-owned merchandise a a reasonable price. Weekly payments were easy for me but they do bi-weekly and monthly. All I know if youre needing something check them out. I bet you they will have what you need.
