My sales person was Epsy and he was very friendly and helpful. He wasnt too pushy or aggressive, which made it very comfortable to shop and try out mattresses on my own before deciding which one I wanted. He gave me space and allowed me to get a feel for all of the mattresses before intervening. My delivery was on time and very quick and professional. The delivery guys were very nice and they even straightened and tightened up my bed rails and headboard that I already had because it was loose, uneven and wobbly. The delivery was on time and the set up was quick too! Thanks Home Furniture! Now I know where to go for all my future furniture and bedding needs! :)

The furniture they sell is good, the sales people are friendly and do a good job but when you buy something, you have to put it together yourself, the people in that department wont tighten the screws, I bought a table and chairs, the chairs needed the seats and legs put on, when I picked up my chairs the screws were NOT even hand tight and were put together wrong, the chairs are wobbly, they do charge 49.99 to put your item together, if you buy from there you better have someone else put it together or it will fall apart within days.

My husband and I bought several pieces last year when we remodeled and then again during the holidays. Loved our sales lady, Marietta. She didnt rush us nor was she pushy. Very knowledgeable and just a great person. My husband died in June and I flooded in August. I lost all my furniture. Went back to Home Furniture, found my friend, Marietta and bought everything from her. Never had second thoughts. She will always be my go to person for furniture and accessories. Love you my friend.

Went into store in Baton Rouge three times in a one week comparing dining table prices.. The two reasons I returned for trips number two and three were I had found a piece of furniture I like AND the sales people didnt stalk or skulk around. When I made the purchase delivery was made on the second day. On day one received a phone call to set a delivery date. On day two received a call telling me the table would be delivered within the next ten minutes. Great Service

Excellent customer service from our salesperson Prentist and great quality furniture! Super fast delivery! Larry the manager, got us right at budget, and Chris and Joe were amazing during the delivery and set up of my furniture, extremely nice and polite!! I would have them deliver again!!
