Had a great experience today at this Pier 1. I needed to return an item that could no longer be ordered (in store or online). Did not have any problems with the young lady that assisted me. She even helped me for about 30 minutes since I was thinking about exchanging it for one they had in the store. Will definitely be going back to this location.

This place has great service but the decor needs to be changed to where it is not so crowded. I understand the need to use all space for retail but bigger aisles are needed. i went in to 2 different locations. Both had identically small aisles!
