DO NOT BUY HERE! I ordered a sectional, took 7 weeks to get it which I expected. When it finally got delivered, the brackets were installed in the wrong location, so the sectional couldnt be hooked together. And one of the feet was a different color than the rest. The delivery guys were great and immediately called in to get someone to fix it and bring me the correct foot. The store was supposed to call me to schedule a time for the next day...no one called me. I called them and they tell me that the first time someone can come is 5 days later. Really?! 5 days with my furniture not connected. Also, I had to take off a half day of work to get this delivered, now I have to take more time of to get it fixed. I am so unhappy with the service. The furniture itself is very nice.

Very dissatisfied with service. Ordered a grey couch and was delivered with dents in the back. Re-ordered and the second one came with wrinkles. Went to store and ordered a different couch (same grey color). They delivered a brown couch. I give up. I will not deal with them as my frustration level is off the charts.

Do not buy. We bought a 2K recliner for our new home. It broke a week after being delivered. They were supposed to order a part and deliver. They have never contacted us after 6 months. Their furniture is cheaply made and overpriced.
