Ive been trying to reach them since the flood. One reason is to know if we could help in anyway. Ive been going there for years. The other reason is I have a couch that was on layaway. The couch was ruined in the flood. I totally understand they need time to recover. But why cant any employee respond to me? No one has.I sent two Facebook messages, as they requested this to be the preferred method of communication. It has been two months now. Obviously their customers are not important. I too wish them a full recovery. But they need to communicate with their customers.

Would not recommend doing business with this company ever. They are down because of the flood--understandable, as many other businesses in our area are as well. Not understandable is why not even one person can communicate with customers. They place no value in their customers-I wish the management a full recovery, but I would never recommend anyone to patronize Furniture Liquidators. Ever.
