I went in looking for a mortar and pestle on a Sunday afternoon. The store wasnt packed with people, and I found many options to choose from (stone, wood, and ceramic). Also, while in the kitchen area, there were many kitschy and cute utensils/cookware/decorations which caught my eye. Therefore I spent more time there than I thought I would. The store was clean, but checkout took a while. When I got to the register, I realized why that was: the checkout interaction is warm and not rushed. I enjoyed feeling valued.

My absolute most favorite store in the whole wide world. I cant say enough about this store and the adorable home furnishings they sale. The food and wine sections are to die for. So many things to chose from. They just need a bigger store.
