We bought a Durablend Cafe sectional sofa in 2011. The salesman talked us into buying the extended warranty telling us that if ANYTHING happens within the 5 year warranty period that it would be repaired or replaced. After only 1 year the fake leather started flaking off. The warranty company refuses to fix it because they consider it "normal wear and tear". After 4 years now it looks horrible. Ill add pictures and let you tell me if this is "normal wear and tear" after only 4 years now. Ashley Furniture will never get a penny of my money again as I feel that I was totally ripped off. Ashley, you fooled me once, and shame on you. Youre not fooling me again.

I bought my bed at the Denham Springs location and the order was fulfilled and delivered from the Gonzales location. I had some questions about my delivery that I directed to the Gonzales location and was treated very poorly. The Denham Springs store manager, Jacque, was very helpful in addressing my customer service complaint and did everything to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Would buy from Denham again.
