Family owned American made what more could you want. Actually met the owner had all kinds of knowledge on his products. Its amazing how little you see well run companies anymore with employees who are polite and well spoken. Amazingly if a sales person doesnt know the answers to a question they didnt just lie and say "yeah i think so" they found out for you immediately. They just took about 8k worth of business from ethan Allan I was so impressed. Amazing how rude and pushy other places can be. There is none of that at mueller. Feel like an old man rambling on about how things used to be but this place is a throwback to well run American business. 5 stars

Went in looking for a item they showed online. The man who waited on us said Im not sure we can get that, I asked, do you have something close to that styles. You can look around. So we asked another store employee about the furniture we came in looking for, oh Belleville location might carry that. Instead of trying to make a sale, its like buy what we have in our small over priced store. Shame on them. I dont see them lasting long on lake St.louis. Also who runs a 50% off sale. You must mark your furniture up about 75% then. I guess they think people are stupid. I give them a year. Terrible customer service and crazy high prices. Shop around people!
