On 3 occasions we went to the store located in Wentzville, MO and our sales person Jay was always so helpful and very knowledgable. After 3 visits of us changing our minds over and over on which bed we wanted Jay continued to patiently help us in making the best decision in choosing a bed that was right for both my husband and I. Not only did he answer every question we asked (and we asked a lot) with knowledge and professionalism but he also worked with us to get everything we wanted as well as making us a completely awesome deal that beat any other deal we showed him we had found on the internet or anywhere else. He was never pushy and always gave us time to discuss concerns and finances privately without trying to steer us into buying something just for the sake of making a sale. We highly recommend asking for Jay to help you with your next mattress purchase at the Wentzville, MO Mattress Firm location. We are so excited to have our mattress and adjustable base delivered in two days and to use our new pillows that Jay gave us for our new bed which are the most awesome pillows I have ever laid my head upon. Excellent experience!!

Our salesman Jay at the Wentzville location was EXCELLENT! This was our very first time purchasing a mattress and bed in our 17 years together, and what could have been a very daunting experience (we were very specific in what we were looking for!) ended up being actually rather pleasant. Working with Jay was more like dealing with a friend, rather than a salesman. Very personable, and not AT ALL pushy! And as I had spent some time researching the specifics of what we were looking for, I can tell you that he definitely knew his stuff! Delivery, setup, and removal of the old mattress and box spring went very well, too. The guys let us know when they were close, as promised. Once they were here, they were quick and professional, and they made it all look too easy! Weve moved about 8 times in 17 years - hauling mattresses up and down two flights of stairs is never easy! But to these guys? NOTHING! All in all, an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Jay and the team at the Wentzville Mattress Firm! :)

NO MORE LOOKING SHOP HERE FOR A MATTRESS YOU WONT REGRET IT!! Our daughter is in constant pain and we have bought 3 different mattresses from various stores all with no return policy. We couldnt find a mattress that felt comfortable to her. On a whim, we decided to stop in mattress firm to see their selection. Stephani was very helpful and knowledgeable about pain. We bought a mattress that was plush but didnt quite work out. We went back to the store and Jay was there to help us. He took his time and was very patient with us. He offered tips on helping our daughter sleep to alleviate pain. He was also very knowledgeable and offered superb customer service!!! He steered us toward the memory foam mattresses. We have been so pleased with the level of service at the Wentzville location!!!! If you are looking for a mattress I definitely recommend stopping here. They keep trying until you find what works best for you!!!

What a great experience! I actually was dreading it, but the employees at this store made it painless. Jay is THE BEST. His knowledge of the mattress business is beyond belief! Most employees working in mattress stores go through the motions, and their info sounds like it is a script. He knows his stuff. He sold me, but Iwanted to take my husband back to be sure the one I had picked would work for his back. Jay was not there, but Stephanie took great care of us. She helped us finalize our deal and got us all set up for delivery. Everything was exactly as both she and Jay stated. Shop around if you must, but buy from these folks. You will NOT be disappointed!

In-store service from Stefani was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very courteous staff. She takes excellent care of her customers and totally strives to match the correct mattress with your personal needs. We ended up needing to exchange our initial mattress purchase for another kind. This was done completely as guaranteed by the company and with total courtesy -- with no problems. So far, we have found their products to be high quality and to function very well. The service at this location was absolutely wonderful. The staff are friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful. After shopping other locations with dissatisfaction, we were shown several options, all extremely comfortable. After narrowing our selection down to one, we were given excellent financing options, and finally able to purchase what feels like a cloud. With my fibromyalgia and my husbands strenuous job, this bed will be a huge relief for our discomfort. If you need a bed, I highly recommend this store.

I thought shopping for a mattress would be a chore, and frankly, boring. However with Jai at Mattress Firm it was a blast. He laughed at all my jokes and had a great personality. He was VERY knowledgeable. Obviously someone who takes the time to understand the product he is selling. He was very patient. He was also not pushy, and that is why we purchased from him instead of other stores. You could tell he wanted to help us find the right mattress more than he wanted to sell us one.

My husband and I went to purchase a new mattress for the first time in 20 years. Stephanie was very knowledgeable, she took her time in explaining all the different mattresses to me and I never felt pressured or rushed to made a decision. We LOVE our new bed and look forward to relaxing in it every night. My only regret is that we didnt get the adjustable bases at the time of purchase, but we are going back to get them now!

From start to finish my experience with Stefani and her team was top notch. She listened, made suggestions based on her expertise and at no time was pushy or desperate to "make the sale". I would normally wait until our mattress arrived to write a review but I have no concern that no matter what the outcome I will be taken care of (although Im pretty sure we will live our purchase).
