You should probably give your business to someone who will stand behind their product. This company doesnt make anything, but is just a middleman for outsourced components. They have managed to magically use the internet to deceive potential customers. Be careful of this company. All of the reviews on their website are positive, because they are controlled by AirBed Pros. They dont post complaints. I discovered, the hard way, that the mattress cover is not covered by any warranty, (read their disclaimer) and they will not give you any sort of satisfaction guarantee, like every other mattress company on earth will. (90 night guarantee or similar) Our L9 cover became depressed in both sleeping positions after only two mouths, and neither of us are overweight. The owner, Brandon Fry, called me on a Sunday morning, immediately after I sent an email informing him of our dissatisfaction. I was initially impressed by the call, but then that same old condescending attitude that I remembered from our first conversation came out. He likes to talk down and interrupt on the phone, which doesnt bother me. Ive been around 62 years and have heard it all, so I just let him keep spewing his lines. Finally I thought he was coming through when he offered to stand behind his product and company. He offered to send me a different mattress cover...if I sent him $700.00! When I told him that his proposal wasnt exactly considered standing behind his product, he let loose, saying he wasnt a big corporation but just some guy working out of his basement. He likes to project that "ah shucks" midwest image. Before you buy, ask him why he cant offer a satisfaction guarantee like every other mattress company, and specifically what does his warranty cover on the mattress cover, which is actually the true source of the comfort (or discomfort) of the bed. By the way, we owned a Select Comfort, Sleep Number Bed for 16 years, before it finally needed to be replaced, so air beds are not a new concept for us. The AirBed Pros bed mattress top broke down in two months, something it took the Select Comfort over decade to do. You should probably give your business to someone who will stand behind their product.

After trying to find out what specifically I needed to fix my problem, Stating on multiple occasions that I did not own his air bed pro pump, or air bladder I still ended up receiving a tube with 2 male ends that didnt work for me because they are for his parts even though he sells connectors to sleep number bladders. Called Brandon back after receiving the part to ask what I actually needed again (he never seemed to have the time to listen to me since he is real busy I realized after I got the wrong piece) and I asked if I could return the product I had ordered, was notified that there is no refund on shipping and there is a RESTOCKING FEE for the return. This was fine but to top it all off he began to insult me, asking if I needed him here to hold my hand to find the correct air bed part like were all supposed to be some sort of professional air bed mechanic. He asked me never to call him again and to go back into my hibernation? I guess because I live in WI I hibernate during the winter? I would suggest to anyone trying to repair their air bed that is no longer under warranty to go through another supplier.

Air Bed Pros is the real deal. Brandon took time out from his busy schedule after hours to call me directly regarding my repair issue with my air bed. He even offered to have me call him back directly to arrange a time to walk me through step by step on all the hardware specifics required to complete my repair. The original big box air bed company I purchased my bed from was no help other than offering to sell me very expensive whole replacement parts which I really didnt need. Brandon told me exactly what I needed and helped me save a ton of money as well when no one else in the air bed community was really able or willing to do this. I cant recommend him highly enough to everyone I know who has an air bed issue they need addressed. In this day and age of lax or non-existent customer service and really listening to what is needed, Brandon and Air Bed Pros is a much needed and welcome diamond in the rough. Thanks Brandon!

Just had a very productive phone conversation with Brandon - he was extremely helpful in answering my questions and in helping me to make an informed decision about correcting my air bed issues in the most cost-effective way possible. I feel confident that I can trust his advice and his services and look forward to doing further business with him. Far different experience from trying to get help from the Sleep Number Support people, who gave me no meaningful solutions and dismissed me with little more advice than, "buy a new bed." THANK YOU, Brandon - for taking the time to help me find a way to salvage a very expensive investment. Sleep Number could use a few like you employed at their company...
