So far I have bought a sectional and chair. In less than 90 days the cushions are flat and have but marks in them. We are not large people by any means either. There is a section that is coming apart at the seams under the cushions. They sent a person out 3 weeks ago now. Ive been calling once a week trying to get answers and have just been getting "We are waiting for the drive to discuss it with the manager." You think the driver will remember me from 3 weeks ago???? I finally talked to Paula. One of the most condescending people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She laughed at me when after having EVERY sentence of mind interrupted only to be told she was never going to call me. Im following up with corporate right now but save your self the headache. Paula is worthless as a manager and they really dont care if you buy from them. Take your business elsewhere Im sure it cant be worse.

ME AND MY WIFE PURCHASED A BED FROM THEM LATE FEBRUARY. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED MARCH 16TH. THE 16TH COMES AROUND AND THEY CALLED US AND SAID WONT BE DELIVERED TIL APRIL SECOND BUT THEY ARE TAKING OFF DELIVERY FEE FINE AND DANDY RIGHT? NO! THEN THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER APRIL 2ND AND THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CALL US 3 DAYS AHEAD TO VERIFY EVERYTHING. NO PHONE CALL AT ALL. APRIL 2ND COMES AROUND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT ADDRESS AND BLAMED US AND SAID THEY WERE NOT COMING BACK THAT DAY. SO THEY SCHEDULED US FOR APRIL 9TH. EVERYTHING COMES THEY SET IT UP AND THE DRIVER ASK ME HEY YOU GUYS DIDNT GET BOARDS DELIVERED YET DID YOU. I YELLED AT HIM AND SAID THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE DEALT WITH YOU ALL WHY WOULD I HAVE THEM. SO NOW IM AT HOME WAITING FOR THEM TO DELIVER MY BOARDS FOR MY BED SET. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM THEY SUCK!

I received my couch at the end of November. One of the electrical outlets was dysfunctional. I called the store and they said they would send someone out but it would be the following Monday between 8-10. So another day off work for a couch. They didnt even show up until after the time and when they came they brought the wrong piece, that doesnt even plug in. So the lady called me back and said it was on back order until the end of December. Now were into January and I havent received a call. So I called them again and they have record of it but no explanation as to why they never called when it came back in stock and want me to take off work on Friday to deliver. The lady says shes a manager. Long story short, this place is a joke. Look at other stores before you purchase from here.

My wife and I are adopting and a American Signature Bunk bed was donated to us. It was missing some bolts and these crazy cam lock things. American Signature refused to help us by sending replacements. This store is the closest A.S. dealer to Topeka, KS! I contacted VCF as a last resort not expecting anything really. Andy said he would see what he could do. 2 days later I got a call asking where he should ship the replacement bolts! They helped us out even though the bed probably wasnt bought from that store and we live to far away to be return customers. If they will be that helpful to people living in another state, I can only imagine how awesome it would be to do business with them in person!

We purchased a couch from this location and it had some stitching on it that we had concern about how well it would wear. The salesman advised us to buy the extended warranty as it would cover the stitching; however, a year after purchasing the couch the stitching started to come apart and when we called they said it was not covered. We asked to speak to the manager as we were sold a warranty that did not cover what they said, but despite several attempts the manager has not called us back. Very disappointed with this stores policies.

We had a great experience buying an entire living room set and bedroom set (including mattress) on our lunch hour. It was quick and painless, we got what we wanted, and our sales woman was excellent. Not pushy at all. My only complaint would be that we werent told the loveseat was on back order until we were done with the sale and setting up delivery, so we had only one couch for about a month. Other than that- friendly staff, great experience, right prices, exceptional quality. We will definitely buy from the St. Peters store again.

We visited this place and shortlisted couple of sofas but sales person almost threatened me to see me outside when we told him that we need some time to think and finalize it..his word was "watchout while driving, there are lot of crazy people outside including me" it was not funny "Ted hankins" it was really humiliating, i would really suggest everyone to stay away from this place and that guy, I hope sales team will take some action on this crazy pusshy insane sales guy.. i will never buy anything even if its for completely free

I have to say, purchased a chair a few years back and had the wrong one delivered. Family member bought extended warranty and when it was time to use it, he was told that the no longer dealt with the table manufacturer, so they couldnt help him. He told them that he bought the table from Value City, not the manufacturer. Recently, I made a purchase for a love set there because I like the look; however, you can tell that it isnt the greatest quality. I had to push a cloth staple back into the fabric on the arm. Sooo...buyer beware.

Horrible service getting someone to help us was near impossible. We paid cash for two beds and mattresses. They had to have the manager over ride the mattress price because it was marked wrong. We got a phone call later that day saying there was a mistake with the mattresses and to call them. They also told us we could pick up our order after 830. Yeah they dont open until 10! Wont shop there again and may even ask for a refund since we now cant pick up our order until Friday.

I dont even want to give a star for this place walked inn there were atleast 4 sales people who didnt acknowledge us or say hi , walked around the whole living room furntiture section no one came to help no one said a word to us no one asked if we needed help and as wel left tjere were 4 more sales people standing there and still didnt say a word too us this place was not very welcoming to buy furniture from at all

Im pretty shocked by all the negative reviews. I purchased two sectionals from this store about 5 years ago and never had a problem. When my husband and I got divorced, the sectional was the only thing we fought over. Bought a name brand sofa later (not at VCF) for twice the price and I had several issues with it.
