HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! I would rate this company 0 stars if it would let me. Ashley furniture was so happy for my business after my family lost everything in the flood August 2016. All they were concerned about was the money. 7 months and 5 deliveries later, we finally have our furniture. Everything imaginable happened. Didnt order my furniture. First delivery only had mattresses and couple pieces of bed frames, which were broken. Then had to reorder. 1 piece at a time came in. We had them deliver piece by piece to make sure each piece was usable. Customer service is horrible. Management seemed to be unavailable every time I called. Please do not do business with them!!! Please save yourself time and stress.

Worst furniture buying experience ever. The salepeople (Joni Luce) specfically will lie to your face about the delivery date. "4-5 weeks", be prepared to wait 3 months. I just assumed it was because of a mistake until we spoke to someone in customer service that stated "I wished she would quit telling people that knowing it aint true. We have to deal with her dishonesty." Once they have your money they do not care. Visit the store. When visiting the store to get an answer the store manager that you saw when you walked in will suddenly disappear or be out of the office. Do not ever shop here!!!!! Update- Finally received the furniture and all of it was the wrong color. I would give zero stars if possible.

Hard to get a call back once the sale was made. There was a chip in the dresser that the delivery guy fixed with a marker. It looked okay after he did that but paying almost $900 for a piece of furniture I want it to be perfect. Also bought power reclining sofa, love seat and recliner. One of the power boxes was missing. It was called in but I waited almost a week and didnt hear anything back. Called and left a message, no call back. Called the next day and was told they would check. Waiting now. Im sure I will have to go get it which is out of my way totally. Furniture looks great just expected more from customer service.

Had a wonderful experience. Our salesperson, Debra was a wealth of knowledge and polished. She had a great sense of humor and allowed the sales experience to feel more like we were sipping some sweet tea on the porch telling stories. She took right to the piece of furniture we wanted and it felt like a partnership rather than being led around to more expensive pieces we couldnt have afforded. I would recommend Ashley furniture in the future to others and definitely steer them Debras way. It was a blast! Sounds crazy when were talking about buying a reclining loveseat, but she made it so.

It is one of the worst furniture store ever I have a really bad experience with them I bought a whole bedroom set The frame of the bed start break within the first 3 month & mattress as will they send someone to fix it but it will be worse then the beginning with The mattress should have a 10 year warranty I start having problems within the first 6 month it have a big huge dint it cosign me a lot of back Paine & problem they send someone to check it I saw that there is a 2"1/2 dint in one of the side of it wall he was checking it out & they still saying that is within the normal

The Ashley Furniture Home Store in Gonzales does not follow up on the delivery or set up of the furniture. When I purchased my furniture they said that it was in stock and would be 1 week for delivery. Three months later I finally had it delivered and part of my sofa was damaged. It eventually was delivered correctly, but it took them 4 times. They also damaged my staircase and door getting it upstairs. A few months later both queen beds split at the footboard. I am very dissatisfied.

I only asked for items that were in stock, or could be delivered in a short period of time. The salesman waited until everything was signed to tell me the mattress we purchased would take a few weeks to deliver. The mattress was late. Good luck with customer service. The salesman misinformed us on financing terms. The finance company they use is garbage. Take your money and go somewhere else.

This place is a joke. Sales woman lied about pricing and time for furniture to be delivered. The delivery department is the worst imaginable. Incompetent people working here. Nobody returns your calls. Horrible customer service. When you finally do get a date of delivery they show up late. This place should be shut the hell down!!

My Saleswomen was Ms. CC she help me out and I had no problem. My furniture was delivered at the time they told me. Whenever I came in she was always 100 with me. I love my furniture and did not have any problems with my saleswomen and all the people there was very nice and friendly. I have order twice. I love this store.

Worst experience every! It took 3 months for our couches to come in. The first time I got the call and the lady told me they should deliver them in 3 days we got rid of our old couches and clean the hardwood floors and rugs to be prepared. Well 5 days later no couches I called back and then I was told it was back ordered.

Mr. Glen was a nice a helpful salesman he was so patient with me walk the whole store with me til i find the right merchandise that i needed for my house .He had lots of stories to tell he made you fell like you was apart of his family and thats what i like in a salesperson. I ordered a King Size bed from Ashley, still owe $400 dollars on the bed and it fell apart when my house flooded in August. Called Ashley to ask if they could give me a discount on a new bed or something and never called me back. I will most likely not be buying from them again. The bed literally disintegrated.

They dont call you to tell you your order is in but they will lie and say they called. Ordered 2 recliners and one was the wrong color, ordered another one and they said it would take 7-10 days. Its now 21 days later and its still not in. Customer service is terrible.

My sales rep was Jennie. She was terrible. Very rude and short tempered. She tried to talk me into buying the protection plan which I did not want. I had to get the cashier to take it off because she basically refused. I will never shop here again. Ever!

Absolutely the most horrible customer service in Louisiana. I paid over $7500 CASH, then was treated like a third class citizen. Ive warned any and all of my friends in the furniture buying mode to avoid this place.

Tammy was so helpful! I had to replace everythibg after we got in a new home after the flood. She helped me to make sure everything matched my style and color scheme and was very patient. It was a great experience.
