Sales experience and delivery scheduling during my purchasing visit went exceptionally well with no concerns. During my (partial) delivery, the sofa arrived damaged and this item was noted by the delivery driver. The damaged sofa was left with my other items, and I was advised the sofa would be exchanged at a later date. While the drivers were on site I confirmed with my sales lady and the driver that there would be a new sofa ordered and exchanged. A couple of weeks went by until I called to inquire about my additional items, replacement sofa, and delivery. I was told the sofa would be delivered on a Saturday. I called back two different times in the next two weeks to confirm my delivery. On the delivering Saturday, I contacted the store midday and was informed that they do not deliver on Saturdays. Due to my schedule I didnt worry with it and had the delivery scheduled for FIRST THING the following Tuesday. Today is Tuesday - I take off of work for the morning and contact the store at 0930 to verify my delivery. I am told my driver would contact me 30 minutes prior to delivering, but there were some Baton Rouge deliveries that needed to be performed prior to mine. UNNACEPTABLE. Excuses were given for everything the sun (nepotism, failure of communications, etc etc) No excuse provided a rhyme or reason as to why I should be inconvenienced or suffer continuous additional losses while V Watts over promises and underperforms. I suggest V Watts identify the root cause of its problems and create a corrective/preventative action in order to better facilitate its customers. V Watts will see no future business from my family. Buyers beware Two star rating due to the excellent service during the 1st delivery. The delivery team noted the couch damage, we did not have to discover this on our own. I also think it is a great policy to leave the damaged item for replacement later.

After two months of waiting for my bedroom furniture, the wrong bed was delivered. Upon talking to V. Watts, the sales woman stated she had ordered the wrong one by accident. The sales woman explained that the bed that I thought she had ordered and already paid for had been discontinued, and she wouldnt be able to order the bed I originally wanted. After speaking with the manager to see what could be done about this, the manager stated he was sorry for the miscommunication, but he couldnt do anything for me. For the amount of money I spent, I expect the correct furniture or some compensation. Unfortunately, V Watts does not care about their customers. I will never spend another dime here again

We purchased a Catnapper sectional sofa and a fleur de lis dining room table. All of the pieces of the sectional took quite a while longer to come in than we were told, but everything did come in and we are very happy with the quality. Thats the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Great products at a reasonable price. We would definitely shop there again.

Was not honest and was a very bed experience purchased a bed set in October was told it would take 2 weeks to come in it is now December and have yet to get it i am now being told it is in Mexico being made. Would not recommend the headache.

I wouldnt buy any furniture from there until they repair their roof. They had a ton of buckets on beds, floor etc.. to catch water. If they would fix the roof, I would consider doing business with then and change my rating to a 4!!

2nd Saturday Outdoor Market! Great variety of booth vendors from rustic chic to artisan grade crafts to food, snacks, and drinks. Oh and then there is all the booths INSIDE. Great Saturday destination easy drive on 190.

There is a furniture store with some very nice furniture and there is also a very large antique mall with many booths- that is my favorite place! There are some amazing things in there! I love it and go there often

Sales was pushy. Deals were not really deals. Lots of showroom. We were not allowed to just look around. We had to just leave. Found better deal elsewhere with out the heavy pressure to buy more.

This is a huge collection of sellers of antique and vintage items. Each seller has a unique theme and they know how to repurpose old items for modern use. The items are clean and require no work.

Drove all the way out there because there huge sign says lazy boy. Well apparently they stopped selling lazy boy for a long time. The lady was rude whenever we asked to see the couches.

It has nice furniture but the only problem we had was there is a huge sign that says LAZY BOY. And whenever we asked to see the couch the lady said they dont carry Lazy boy.
