We needed to replace a mattress on a twin bed. Walked in knowing our budget and ready to go. Michael Bell, met us at the door, listened to our needs and showed us our options. The first one he showed us was perfect, but we tried two more. There was no high pressure sale or crazy up sales. We were in and out the door in 45 minutes with just what we needed. We could not be happier.

Michael bell was great. He is very knowledgable and patient also not pushy. The experience was great! All features and options were explained to us and all Of our questions were answered. Will definitely return when need replacement mattresses and a bed for our spare rooms.

BEWARE!!! I bought a mattress and some accessories. Mattress came (LATE!) and I have yet to see the accessories (2 MONTHS!). I asked for a refund and they REFUSED saying they had been shipped to me. I never received a package, tracking number or anything.

Mike Bell is an amazing sales person and very courteous and friendly! And the experience was great, we went to the store by 12 pm and we got our mattress delivered the same day by 4:30 pm, so fast!

Bought a temperpedic matress and pillow. I have not received the $129 pillow. Its been about 2 months now. I keep calling and going to the store, and I still dont have the pillow or refund.
