So I have been in this store a few times now. At first it was great, and I love the employees. I came back and gave them my continued business. But lately it seems like its gone downhill and reflects the poor reviews on here. They always seem understaffed and I am having to wait or leave because I dont have the time to wait in a big line that is quite common now. The short older lady is really kind as are most of the employees. However, the larger woman I just spoke to on the phone was not very pleasant at all nor was she helpful. Its unfortunate how quickly things change.

The pics from the owner are fake!! Its not even the store...Be prepared to overpay for services. The manager here will act like they are giving services away, or that they are included with the shipping or purchase of a box, etc/.... Then the final payment comes and was about 3x of what the cost should be...In my case bubble wrap... My 2year old could have done a better job wrapping too...Stay away from this place, they are not customer friendly!!! What a joke! they wont be there long.

This review is for Notary service only. Bad service, every time (2 out of 2, plus try 3, being put on hold for 8 minutes). I keep trying because of convenient location. It seems like the goal of the notaries is to NOT help you. They find odd reasons that they cant witness your signature, for example if your document is related to a will. Go to another notary, no problem. It must be a UPS thing, in order to keep themselves out of legal proceedings.

I went to this ups store to get my notary done and the lady who was working there was super legit and kind. She was working alone and was disturbed by two phone calls and the other walked-in customer while taking care of my notary. She was basically working professionally. She apologized for the delay but I could see she was dealing the situation as best as she can and I didnt mind at all. I walked out of the store smiling.

AVOID THIS UPS STORE!!!Grump old lady at the register. old ladys daughter teenager working their unintelligent, could not explain why charges were so high! 8 oz package was 5 dollars for 1.75 of postage.

Like everyone says, the woman is terrible. Spends more time on the phone than on customers. Wouldnt even apologize that she couldnt help anyone. Didnt even make eye contact. Ugh.

Good place to get quick photocopies or quick small shipping tasks done. Its a very small location but the service is snappy and friendly.
