I placed an online order with this store, and they took my payment. Within an hour, they cancelled the order on their own and did not refund me the money. When I spoke with customer service, they said "Talk to the store," when I talked to the store they said "We never took your payment," and when I told them I was staring at my bank statement which showed the payment they said, "we cant do anything about it." They are liars, and thieves and I suggest you never go near them.

The store was clean and is in a good location however, because the majority of employees on the day I visited seemed relatively young, I dont know that they know much about providing excellent customer service. I was not greeted when coming in and had to seek out on 2 occasions counter and floor assistance. On my third attempt they finally sent someone with me to locate the item I was seeking.

Always seems to be an issue printing from emails they want you to sent it to them but they take on other projects as you are quickly emailing them your file. They should come up with a better way of letting customers print from their emails.

decent parking and excellent selection on office chairs(I bought a really nice $400 chair). I didnt like how the cashier kept asking me to purchase their "insurance" that I said I wasnt interested in.

Although officemax has higher prices on several items, if you know the prices of those items you want, you can sometimes get a great deal without purchasing large quantities.
