The women that works here was very rude today and lied about the status of my package. I dropped off a return package to Amazon, she told me it would be $2 to put a piece of tape on it. Mind you last week I returned the same type package and she did not charge me anything. Well about a hour or so later I realized I forgot to take out my daughters new toy. So I called and told what had happened. She told me UPS had already picked up (lie #1). I asked her did she look inside box before taping it since she did the last one I shipped. She said no. After hanging up I shortly received confirmation the package was picked up. I drove over there and UPS was still there. So I got out of the car and asked the UPS driver if I could check the couple of Amazon boxes he had there. He said sure. She came running out saying no its already gone. Even thou I recognized my box there on the truck. She grabbed my box and said this is not it (lie#2) and proceeded to push other boxes toward me to look at. I said I wanna look at that one, after debating with me and not wanting me to look at it, she finally gave it to me. This is mine can I open it I said, she peeled the tape just a little bit back and said she didnt want to remove the whole thing, so I had to squeeze my hand in the small opening and try and feel around. Didnt feel anything. She then mouthed off how I should be more careful and I could check the store and garbage if I wanted too. I said how do I trust you now you lied about the package being here. I said no karma will deal with your shadyness. She walked back in the building with my package saying see if I get my refund back. What kind of threat is that, lack of customer service for sure. I could not figure out why this women against me checking out my package. Only lead me to believe she is guilty of taken it for her own kids. The store is dishonest and cant make up their mind on pricing. I come here all the time and this will be the last time for sure.

Just moved back home from school and needed some things to be shipped back to my roommates and the new people here are super awesome! I love that they are honest about their prices. The girl that helped me was really nice and showed me comparisons between USPS and UPS prices. She told me that the USPS was definitely cheaper and told me to go with them but I needed the track and ship guarantee to make sure my items werent damaged so I ended up going with UPS (the price difference was only a couple dollars, but I needed the peace of mind!) I think honesty goes a long way and the super friendly service definitely won my business! I will definitely be coming here for all my shipping needs. No one knows this but they also do all USPS services so bye bye post office lines!!!

This place sucks...The picture is not even the actual store.. Be prepared to overpay for services. The manager here will act like they are giving services away, or that they are included with the shipping or purchase of a box, etc/.... Then the final payment comes and was about 3x of what the cost should be...In my case bubble wrap... My 2year old could have done a better job wrapping too...Stay away from this place, they are not customer friendly!!! What a joke! they wont be there long.

Sent my package an hour away after being at their store only a day. Employee failed to tell me I needed to wait until 3 to pick it up from the new location and wasted more of my time. Woman working their seemed completely clueless about UPS policies or anything helpful. To be honest, Id give them a 0 star review if I could.

Do not come to this place EVER!, they advertise they open at 8:30. Ive been here since 9:30 am, front door locked. I called and called many times, finally just now at 10:30 the female worker comes out with a man from the back room, kiss each other good bye "I love yous". WTF?

This store has done a complete 180° turn since its been under new management for the past month or so. They are honest and up front about the prices and the customer service is second to none. Give the store a shot again and youll become a repeat customer as I have.

Very helpful. I came unprepared but they helped me print my shipping label and tape up my packages But fast and friendly. I go all the way across town to ship my packages because the other UPS stores around me leave a lot to be desired.

Love the service provided here. Super friendly and knowledgable staff. I like how they tell you prices for USPS and UPS and let you choose whichever option you want. Very convenient. Also very clean. Best UPS store in Hayward.
