We love going to target, so happens that Walnut Creek target was out of a certin item so they direct us to San ramon. mmm make a trip south for one item. we called to have them put the item on hold and we double checked even with an item number the price. they let us know the price and off we are heading to our favorite store. in short they gave us the wrong price and the manager etc i wont mention the other things they accused us of. Christi called us liars "in this case i will take my team members word and not yours" SIMPLE this store may have what you want but CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMMON FOR THIS STORE> I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN> walnut creek store by far has the nicest people i know of. SAN RAMON NEEDS A TO CHECK THERE EMPOYEES, in this case managment is to blame for this hoodlums

I was a loyal Target customer for years, but after last weekend They lost a customer. After shopping for over and hour and having over $300 worth of merchandise in my basket. I go through the check out and then they inform me that their POS is down for credit cards and ATM and they can only take cash, this is after running the product throught the register and having me stand in line. They would hold my cart for me. So I could go home or to the bank and get cash. I understand that systems fail but they should be infoming the customers before they shop that their system is down. They knew their system was not working but care little for their customers time. They gave me a $3 off coupon for my inconvience.

Helpful and smiling staff. Very familiar with clothing and tech departments. Could use help in other areas, although they were helpful enough I still found my product. I went in looking for Goo-Gone (adhesive remover) with another person. We separately asked two different employees where to find it and though neither knew what the product was, they were able to direct us to adhesives and it was there. (Side note* -one did say they do not sell paint and they do. Spray paint as well as a few pints and quarts-)

I drove from Dublin Target to San Ramon Target to pick up a couple if items that the Dublin location was out of. I was amazed to find that the same items were marked up almost 40% more than the Dublin location. I know Danville and San Ramon are a little more refined but have you ever heard the phrase "A fool and his money will soon part." Dublin or Livermore are way better priced and not very far away. Needless to say I waited on purchasing these items. San Ramon your getting screwed!!!

Its an older Target but its also in San Ramon so its still pretty nice. Shopping experience is pretty typical of a Target store though it can be annoying when they try too hard to push their credit/debt card on people that dont want it. My biggest problem is the parking lot. Its almost always a cluster. Pretty sure its just really poor layout. Bad planning by the developer I guess. Still... Its the only store in the entire area I have found that carries my favorite Easter candy.

A rare target "greatland" location... More square feet of a warehouse type of target... Great selection and great prices. Clothing departments are neat and tidy. Great foods area selection. Target great land is basically just a bigger warehouse with more selection in products and have many styles. Great shop, employees are nice and courteous.

Store security automatically assumes you are stealing. No matter what. Ask to place things on hold for a few hours? They assume you were trying to steal and re-stock all the items you wanted to homd before you return, claiming that their reasoning is "most theives use this as a tactic to hide their theft and dont return for the items placed on hold"

The appearance of the store was in really neat condition. Sales Rep in the womens dressing room was very helpful and was constantly working to put things back on to hangers and on the racks well greeting each of the customers. She kept a close watch of the people entering and returning merchandise back to there proper places.

Normally i wouldnt rank a standard brick and mortar chain five stars. However, this location is always clean, well stocked and staffed that i have to give it 4 stars. I prefer target over walmart and when possible i shop at this target location for a better experience.

rude employees with "irritable looks and responses". I believe this has to do with the culture of this particular store. I have been to this store many times. Each time I encounter a rude employee one way or another. Target need to address this issue at this store.

Good target is good. On par with any other target experience. Clean bathrooms and no lines. During my last visit though I could not find what I was looking for because the area it was supposed to be in was a complete mess; I wouldnt consider this the norm though.

Its a target! Nothing super special, but it seems to be in better shape than the other Targets around. On Black Friday, they also had more inventory and the customers were nicer than at the one in Dublin, which was kind of a madhouse.

this is the best pharmacy of all.every one is so nice and helpful.cashier ,pharmacy techs and pharmacist.their service is quick and friendly.i love this pharmacy.pharmacy have great staff of all.keep it up

This money hole is the big Target in the area. I both love and avoid it if possible. Its usually clean and easy to navigate. The clothing area is always tight. Be prepared to leave your cart.

Its around the corner from the hotel, 2 pokestops out front. Its a target like all the rest. They havent towed my car yet when I park there for a weekend cause the hotel lot is full.

Target has everything I never knew I needed. Everything is well-stocked, and easy to find. The staff is friendly. They have enough check-outs open,so you can get out quickly.

Food was good. Overall service was not very good. Poor! Seated then took 20 minutes before server came and took order. I had to ask bus person to get someone. Terrible!
