I am physically disabled but stubbornly independent, and I would like to say fiercely loyal to Kmart. I want so much to love Kmart but it is becoming more and more difficult. Since I stubbornly refuse to shop at Walmart and the prices at Target are higher, I go to Kmart. I was there yesterday and knew what I wanted, but ended up leaving again without making a purchase. The lines are just too long on a Saturday afternoon. There were only 2 cashiers and one closed down to go to the customer service desk. My knees were killing me so I gave in and spent $97 at Target. Maybe not a lot for a single purchase, but this was not the first time. Additionally, I know I am not alone in this frustration. Multiplied by even 5-6 customers a day...adds up. What exacerbates the long lines, slow cashiers and simingly constant trainees, is this insistence of printing out 12-18 inches of non- recyclable receipts and coupons! Seriously, stop it! I was in there once and stood in line an additional 10 minutes while the cashier and customer tried to figure out the telephone number the customer originally used. I needed to use the locked disabled dressing room, and tried to use the guest service phone on a pole by the dressing rooms. The phones did not work so bad knees and all, I hobbled over to layaway for help...no one was there. I gave up. Help me out here. Even if you approach one issue at a time, I will feel better. I have written before and conclude you either dont care , or , well you decide.

Kmart is such a damned gem. It is so much better than Target. I loathe Target. It make the Consumer, "A Target". Way less foot traffic, dont feel like playing Roller Derby with everyone at Target....and hate their higher prices, BEFORE the rewards program and coupons that Kmart boots. Staff is so more humane, not cookie cutter clones bred out of play dough, like the other cattle herders. Dumbfounded why Kmart has went by wayside of popular opinion. Are you all high ? Target and Walmart are vapid. Kmart offers robust, ongoing value. Rest are hipster and garden variety idiots ...

I felt very comfortable shopping at Kmart today. I was able to take my time as i am known to wander all over the store. I was treated with the utmost respect as i was paying for my purchases. Something went wrong with my credit card but the clerks made sure that i was able to leave with all my purchases. I felt very special and i thank God for those 2 clerks.

A secret...way less crowded than Walmart or target...you can find those random things one needs on everyday life at a cheap price and without the hassles of people. Might look old on the outside, but hey, its kmart.

Large store with a lot of mid- quality product, of various prices. Lots of parking, and store visible from a major thoroughfare. Store was somewhat darker than I am accustomed to at a Kmart store.

They have very little staff and a good portion of the staff they dp have are younger and seem to be on phones or chatting with each other instead of providing customer service .

I hate how the clothing size doesnt match the size on the hanger. The staff is slow and unhelpful. The store needs fixing and polishing, it looks old.

As far as Kmarts go this one has unusually long check out waits despite being not crowded. Seems perpetually understaffed and rummaged through.
