If I were able to post without providing a star I would. I thought they had good customer service, so I drove 15 minutes to their store when I was less than 5 minutes away from an AT&T Store... bad call! I walked up to the door, which was opened by a sales representative. No one asked could they help me or if I had an appointment. I proceeded to the phone I wanted to upgrade to to "look interested" and still no one approached me. I went to the phone cases and did the same thing. I looked back and there were about 10 sales reps all standing by the door, clueless, with a look of anticipation on their faces for a customer to walk through the door. HA!! I walked out! I sat in the car for a few minutes and decided to go in to inform them of their customer service issue. I walked back in and was approached by a friendly sales rep and I asked her could she tell me where the nearest AT&T store was? She told me their store was. I proceeded to tell her about my experience and that I would not be spending any money in their store. Had I been approached earlier I would have gladly completed my upgrade. The manager is clueless and should probably take notes from the manager in the Fairfield store. Yes, Fairfield has a long wait time, but they are working with less than half of the employees Vacavile has!

has the worst customer service i have ever had to tolerate in my life. about a year ago i went to their store to have a land line put in, a simple land line that this country has used for 100 years. first they lost my order-twice- then it took them 2 weeks to finally get things running again. i had to go to the store 5 times and battle these ppl to get a simple land line. their website it a mess, it wont let me set up an account to pay my bill online so while every other service i use is taken care of through the internet i have to have stamps on hand to pay my bill. when it try to call this store i am hung up on, their automated voice service doesnt recognize what buttons your pushing and just repeats the options over and over until it hangs up on you their corporate customer service toll free number does the same. i hate this company. i hate their customer service. this is by far the worst company to try and work with from home, you cant even send them a simple e-mail and their internet service sucks too.

I have to say they were amazing! I got a phone and it crapped out at the store since they didnt have it they sent us to the Fairfield one, of the worst experiences ever! We just had to get out of there once we went back to the vacaville store and told them what a crappy job they did and that we werent even able to replace my phone they jumped right on it and did absolutely everything they could to help us and to make up for all the crap we had experience. I am really grateful for the amazing people they have and so thankful for being so willing to help us and to make sure we walked out feeling good and not taken advantage off. Great job if there was more people like them we would have a much better functioning world!

Have an Asus Zenphone 2E that I bought 4 days ago at a different store. The phone shuts off randomly, I have to turn it on about 20 times a day. Asked for a replacement, but they wouldnt do it because I have to be added as a privileged user to my parents phone plan. They suggested I bring my parents into the store, who live 4 hours away. No resolution to my problem, I am stuck with a bad phone until I can get with my parents and get into a store. This store and company have terrible customer service, I am glad I pay money to them monthly.

I would give negative star for the horrible customer service and how terrible the internet and cable service is, feels like I have old satellite service where you lose service off and on during a wind storm. When asked what the problem and doing test I was told they would need to send a tech out and run test and would be a charge $99 if they found something wrong with my equipment. Well my equipment will not cause the cable to lose signal all through out the day and was not able to work from home. JB

Nobody cares there to big and dont care about the customer or Employees I have family that works there for like 10 years close my Internet and uverse account 2 months ago they said I would receive $150 back when I return the equipment.A month later I received a bill for $78 dollar saying I owe them money now . Be careful with this Company

Terrible experience trying to get their Internet services. Stayed home 2 days in a row waiting for the technician to come and the second day he said he called and went to the house but no one was home!! We ended up not getting the Internet bc they said the soonest they come come back out would be a week later!!!! Just awful

I am not sure why this At&t store has so many bad reviews. I called ahead and made an appointment to upgrade my phone, and I was in and out of there in no time. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and helpful. I had a great experience even though the store was very busy. Maybe the trick was to plan ahead?

A BUNCH OF CROOKS, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED OF THEIR WAS AN ACTIVATION FEE, THEY SAID NO. BUT ON MY FIRST BILL I GOT CHARGED 95$ FOR A SO CALLED "UPGRADE FEE" AND IM ALSO STUCK WITH DIRECT TV FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS. THEY SHOULD TELL YOU THIS UP FRONT, BUT NO THEY SAY " WELL SR. YOU DID SIGN THE CONTRACT" A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

Paying my AT&T bills in a AT&T Store is a chore. Nobody will take your payment. You have to use the self service kiosk. I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!!! I pay too much per month to have to use a self service payment kiosk. No other company that I know of does this. The AT&T staff should take and process your payment for you.

Customer service is definitely not their forte!!! I went to this store a few years ago and the customer service was horrible back then so I decided to give it another chance and NOTHING has changed, still bad customer service!!!! I live a few blocks away and Id rather drive to the Fairfield store.

My dad lives in CA and I live in MI. One of his friends needed some assistance with their new phone they bought from here. I called today and got Nhu Shin (spelling??) who helped greatly! Glad there are great employees out there willing to go the extra mile.

The BEST AT&T Store in this area!!! The one in Fairfield on Gateway was TERRIBLE!!! Jennifer was excellent at helping with all my needs. She really went above and beyond (and I had some complicated stuff). Really amazing! THANKS!!!!!! ;)

I have been on the phone to AT&T customer service. The recording said approximately 10 minutes on hold and it has now be ONE HOUR AND FIVE MINUTES AND STILL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, JUST THE SAME RECORDING LOOPING AD NAUSEAM.
