EDITED TO ADD: the day after I posted this review I was contacted by the installer (Brad), and the district manager. Brad argued with me for about 20 minutes saying he actually did do it right no matter what the instructions say, but that hell come fix it if he has to. District manager was very nice and apologetic and offered me a gift card to make up for the trouble. Brad came to my home and installed the bracket. I had to specifically ask him to make the stove level after that, which he did. I changed my review from 1 to 2 stars. END OF EDIT. They will promise you things seemingly just to get you off the phone. Wont call you back when they say they will. I was told by the installer that the anti tip bracket was no big deal, dont worry about it! Even though the manual says absolutely do not operate the unit without anti tip bracket. When I realized what the manual said, I called the store and asked about it. Harry told me "Ive installed tons of stoves and Ive only seen the anti tip bracket used once and that was just cuz some lady asked. We just really never do it, youll be fine!" I called the corporate office, who was shocked that this store is installing things in an incorrect and DANGEROUS manner. Corporate called the store and told me the store will contact me to schedule a time to come install it properly. They never called me. Its still not installed right. They also put the stove down on the floor and PUSHED it across the kitchen instead of carrying it, scuffing the linoleum.

On Black Friday, my mother-in-law and I went in looking for a washer and dryer. The store was incredibly busy.. Both of the sales people took time to help us and not make us feel rushed or ignored even though it was a hectic sales day in the store.The delivery team did a fantastic job as well. They set everything up quickly and efficiently. Great job, everyone!!!

They only sell high profit Sears products. They dont even have single tools, only sets. Not interested in helping you unless you are buying big ticket items. They dont know their small ticket products!

Be aware of damaged items & how they are described on phone. It is better to look before agree per verbal description..
