Unfortunately I cannot provide a positive review for Always In Bloom in Franklin, TN. In attempt to make my Mother-In-Law’s 70th birthday a little special, I wanted to send her some flowers. A Premium bouquet named “Pleased as Punch”would do nicely. After driving up to Franklin, TN from Birmingham, AL to celebrate her birthday, upon greeting us, she proudly thanked us for the beautiful flowers. I look in the direction she pointed to gaze upon an arrangement that I didn’t recognize. Needless to say, on the inside I was not pleased as punch, but I kept that to myself as I hugged her and let her know I was happy she liked them. We all know mix-ups happen in life. This one was a flower order. So, I enjoyed the celebration and I waited until the next week when the shop is open to call them and explain the mix-up. As you can see by the pictures, I ordered Premium, but at best received the basic. the shape color and quantity also differed, so some discount would be needed. The gentleman I spoke with was perfectly OK with giving a discount, and that satisfied the financial part of the mix-up. However, when I mentioned that the arrangement wasn’t a nice rounded bouquet as shown on their website, he didn’t hesitate to let me know that their arrangements are different from what’s shown on the website. I guess he doesn’t realize the fraudulence in that. He told me that I should have called them directly to place the order. I let him know that I did call. I called directly to confirm they would have the inventory to provide a “Pleased As Punch” bouquet on such short notice, and the lady set my concern to rest letting me know she “could do it”. He let me know that he himself created the arrangement. He agreed that he had to swap some flowers for others, but he seemed blind to the differences in shape, color and quantity. As I described the differences, he would tell me that I should have called them to place the order and not have placed it online. I would have to remind him 3 times that I did call directly. The gentleman seemed set on trying to convince me that I was in the wrong somehow. I just couldn’t understand how he couldn’t see that the arrangement received was barely like the picture on their website. So, unfortunately, the experience with Always in Bloom in Franklin, TN was not great for me. I would have not posted anything if he’d just said. “I’m sorry for the mix-up. How can I make it better.” But there were no apologies, just a wilted relationship with this business. So, just be careful when you place an order with Always In Bloom in Franklin, TN. They don’t hesitate to create arrangements different from what they advertise on their website, in fact they don’t hesitate to give you a discount. Just know, they were not wrong, you were wrong.

I decided to do something super special for my husband on Valentines day and send him some flowers at his office. I ordered them a month ahead because I am a planner and I thought it would be good to go ahead and book the delivery date I wanted, 2/12, the Friday before Valentines day. I ordered them this morning (1/11) with the delivery date of 2/12. A few hours later, my husband e-mailed me and said thanks for the roses, were these supposed to be delivered next month? I was in shock and very disappointed my surprise had been ruined. I was even more shocked by the customer service Scott from Always in Bloom provided me when I called about this mistake. I told him I thought my order had been delivered early and he simply said, "yeah." Nothing else. I hadnt given him my name or anything, so I said, "OK, then you know what order I am talking about?" He said he realized the mistake when his driver came back with the ticket- they will re-do them and re-deliver them next month. I said no- the surprise is ruined now and I do not want 2 bouquets- I want a refund. The only pro is that he said he would refund me. No apologies. Not any kind of engagement with me at all. He just wanted to get off the phone and return to his nap, I supposed. He sounded very tired. A sincere apology was all I really wanted.

My husband ordered flowers from Always in Bloom for delivery on Valentines Day. They werent delivered to my workplace until 6:30 in the evening. So yes, technically, they were delivered on Valentines Day, but like most people, I had already left for the day at 6:30, so I was unable to see them until this morning. He called several times to try and speak with someone before the store closed for the day yesterday, but no one ever answered. When he did get through to someone today, his concern was blown off. I realize Always in Bloom is a florist, so Valentines Day is probably hectic. If it was going to be an issue to deliver within what I call a reasonable work-day time frame, he should have been notified. I also realize that I am one person who will not be shopping there in the future and that does nothing to change the business status, but maybe this post will avoid this situation happening in the future.

Just received a Fashionista Deluxe Bouquet from Always in Bloom and was very disappointed in the entire bouquet and even more so in their customer service. Was told they "went by the recipe", however they admitted the vase was incorrect as well as the bow. The small roses were brown. Because the height of the vase was too tall, the flowers were completely "smooshed" together-the entire presentation was terrible. Spoke to the manager and the best she could offer was $10 off, which did not even cover the delivery charge. First and last time will use "Always in Bloom".

While I was in California I ordered flowers for my wife back in TN. My wife received them the next day and she loved them. After just a day or two the flowers started dying so I emailed Margie just to let her know. She responded right away and said she would replace them and pick up the dying flowers to try and figure out what happened. The same day the flowers were picked up and new ones delivered. Thats how customer service is done! Great job!
