We used Richland Flower Shop for the flowers for our recent wedding. I enjoyed talking with Sharon. Their flowers are always pretty and they always have fun window displays. She seemed to really understand what I wanted and made good, cost-effective suggestions. I was disappointed on my wedding day, however, because the flowers I received were not the flowers I thought I was going to get. When my wedding planner brought them in to me, I was initially very upset as the flowers were not what I had asked for, specifically for the brides and the bridesmaids bouquets. However, upon further reflection on the bouquet, I decided that I really liked it, even though it wasnt what we had discussed originally. It was attractively arranged and the colors were matched perfectly, even if the flowers werent necessarily what I had thought they would be. My advice is to go in with a lot of pictures and to be very clear about your vision. Richland Flower Shop does beautiful work, but you have to be very clear with your expectations. Our ceremony arrangements were gorgeous and so were our door decorations. My husband and wedding planner were disappointed in how the flowers were delivered. According to them, the flowers were left in the church sanctuary haphazardly with unclear notes on each of them. This was the biggest problem for us. They had my phone number and my planners phone number on the contract, so it would have been nice to receive a call or to have had some in-person floral set-up or directions about which arrangement was which. My family has ordered from Richland Florist in the past and we have always loved their large arrangements. In the end, even though I was somewhat disappointed, nothing beats a neighborhood florist with generations of experience and skill. I would still give Richland Flower Shop my business, but I would change the way we did business together for my wedding.

We travel from within Canada and in the US and no matter where we are and have to send flowers or fruit basket they have always gone out of their way to deliver wonderful products. Their fruit baskets are outstanding compared to what we have gotten at other places and their flowers always fresh and last a long time. They even go the extra mile to make sure the person is in their room etc if they are in a hospital. We always use them even tho we have alot of internet choices. Very personal and very friendly..

Ordered a funeral spray, but I never saw it and grieving family never received the flowers. Florist said they delivered, so I had to pay for flowers that never materialized. Will NEVER use again.

Awesome arrangements -I always get more than I pay for here-They have flowers no one else in Nashville has and great service-I would highly recommend using Rishland Flower Shop
