I am just sick. My twins birthday party is tomorrow, and the flower arrangements I asked for could not be more wrong. My colors are pale pink, white and light blue. I asked for two arrangements that were exactly alike to go on either side of the cake. My vision was pink roses with some white and pale blue mixed in... Light and delicate. I was told I needed to spend 75 for a nice arrangement. My mother picked up the flowers for me and I was heart sick when I saw them. Both are huge! The vases are heavy And gaudy...And not alike at all. Purple flowers and yellow roses on one. And dark pink on the other. I cannot even use them. All told..we spent more than 200 on flowers that we cannot even use. My mother is going to Kroger tonight to buy roses and some filler flowers to put in two glass vases. That is what I wanted but thought I would save her the trouble by buying from a florist. Huge mistake. I cannot even fathom how they could have gotten my order so wrong.

Called to order flowers for a high school girls performance in school play. When I asked the lady if they had any type of arrangements center around a theatrical performance she said "Ummmmm NO". In my opinion, she wasnt helpful at all. I would expect an answer like "Sure we can help you! For those types of occasions we usually do ______ kind of arrangements". She also cut me off as soon as I started talking saying "I cant hear you" in what I perceived as a very rude tone. When giving the recipients address, I had to repeat it to her ever after spelling it out. Its like she was preoccupied and not even listening to me. I thanked her for her time and hung up. Not going to order from somewhere like this. I expect SERVICE and KINDNESS from places I do business with.. thats what I am paying you for!

I have been using Brentwood Flower Shoppe for years, and their service has always been precise and prompt. They are the most reliable flower shop in the greater Nashville area. Businesses that arent reliable dont survive in our economy. I found it quite odd to see so many harsh reviews about a business that has flourished in Brentwood for 15 years. I assume that most of these people definitely had their reasons for posting such a scrutinizing review, but my friends experiences and my own experiences with this shop have been well above par. I WOULD AND DO RECOMMEND this business to anyone looking to impress that special someone for any special occasion. - Loyal Customer

Called to send a 1/2 dozen roses to a female friend starting a new job. My friend is of legal age.(19) Brentwood flower shop had the audacity to call her father to inform him of the delivery and who they were from prior to her even receiving the roses. The shop also did not write the card correctly in any way. Which was simply Congratulations on your new job and the first 2 lines (very short) of her favorite song We owned a flower shop in another state for over 20 years and would never have done this. This particular shop has no ethics in regards to an adults privacy .

I wanted an Valentines Day arrangement of flowers for my wife from a professional florist. Well, lets put it this way, I could have went to publix for the same thing at 1/4 of the price. I was very dissapointed as I told the florist I did not want a vase and to add flowers to make up for the vase. I think they gave me less instead. I wanted tuplips which were nice but the arrangement was crap. I will never order from there again and I will tell all my friends never to go there either. Also, I have never heard of a florist not boxing their flowers.

I just had the loveliest experience at Brentwood Flower Shoppe in Brentwood. Even on a busy Friday morning Lori Shipe spent time answering questions and giving me suggestions for my project. The experience was delightful as well as very successful. Inside her shop it is charmingly decorated with soft, natural and interesting garden and floral planters, containers, vases and table setting arrangement ideas. It was a pleasure spending time just looking around. I will definitely be ordering my flower needs from Lori again in the future.

I used Brentwood Flower Shoppe to send my fiance a floral arrangement for her birthday. We work in the same office so I was excited that i would get to see her face when the delivery came. Then I saw the arrangement. I was extremely embarrassed that she received this in front of all of her co-workers. There was no point in picking out a specific arrangement at all. It appears they just picked whichever random flowers they had and put them in whichever random vase they had. Several of the flowers appeared to be dying as well.

I ordered a mug with flowers in it for a friend of mine in brentwood. They sent something completely different that was not even close to what I ordered. I am very disappointed with their service as I made sure to un-check the place where they asked if they could substitute the flowers. I will never use this service again nor do I recommend anyone else use them. I feel very cheated in this situation.

My daughter sent flowers to her mother for Mothers Day. She paid to have them delivered on Sunday. They showed up at 8:00 pm Monday evening and the delivery guy said...we been busy. Really!!! And the flowers were not even close to what she ordered. Just another scam by the flower delivery businesses. Dont use the bu$:holes. Taking money and not delivering on their promise. You suck you a$&holes

This shoppe has done two weddings for my family and both were done beautifully. Lori plans with you in detail. She tells you what will work and what wont. She shows up on the day of the wedding on time, sets up and asks if everything is to your liking. Costs were reasonable. The arrangements were gorgeous and lasted for a week after the events. Id definitely use her shoppe again.

This is the 2nd time I have used them. I have been dissatisfied with their "arrangements" both times. I made them change some things out the first time, and this time, I had family pick them up since I was out of town. They look like something I could have picked out of someones backyard or gotten for much cheaper at Wal-Mart I will NOT be using them again.

My mother-in-law loves to do her own arrangements and I had asked for them to send the flowers un-arranged. They picked the loveliest flowers and MIL LOVE it. Very accommodating and I had called almost last minute. Ill definitely be using these folks again. Revised: Mothers Day flowers were spectacular!

Fantastic shop, very helpful customer service. My wife had to be away on our anniversary due to work, these guys helped me select a brilliant flower arrangement and even made a special unscheduled delivery run just to make sure she got them in time!
