At mid-day on May 27th I placed an order for flowers for my Uncles funeral service to be held at 9AM on May 29th at a facility in Joelton, TN. I told the woman that the flowers needed to be delivered before 9AM. She assured me they would be. At 9:10AM on May 29 the flowers had not been delivered. I called Romas at that time to inquire about the flowers. I will tell you I was not happy with Romas service. The woman that answered the phone, spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I live in Florida & drove all day on May 28th to attend my Uncles funeral service. I suppose if I had not attended that service, Romas would NOT have delivered those flowers or some other family would have received their benefit. They did finally deliver the flowers around 9:30. Do be sure, I will never order flowers from these people again,

I HAVE ORDERED MANY DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENTS FROM BETTY AT ROMAS. SHE AND HER STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME WITH THE PERFECT GIFT. IN FACT, I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH ROMAS AND NEEDED SUGGESTIONS FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO IS IN THE NAVY. SHE RECOMMENDED A CHURCH WITH THE RED WHITE AND BLUE FLOWERS. I AM EXCITED TO SEE IT.

The shop was inviting & lively. Everyone inside were helpful, kind-hearted & came through with an exquisite arrangement for my family during crunch time on May 4th. We highly recommend Roma Land Florist & Gifts :) .
