I was searching for a florist for my wedding, and went into several other places first, all were extremely rude and condescending to me as I mentioned I had a strict budget. Walking into A Village of Flowers was such a breath of fresh air in so many ways-pleasant staff that were excited to work with me and to stay within my budget. Kala did our flowers, and was very patient with me as we went through my non-traditional floral arrangements for the reception (I wanted small, elegant and tasteful), along with the lovely bouquets and boutonnieres, all while staying below my budget. Every time I contacted Village of Flowers, whether by phone, email or in person, everyone was friendly and helpful. They delivered the flowers as arranged at the church and reception, and I was very pleased with the professionalism and expertise with which they operated. My bouquets were in shades of light blue, white, purple and violet, and were absolutely stunning! For now on they will be the only florist I use or recommend to others.

My husband ordered my flowers on Valentines Day this year from here. I didnt know to expect them. They never delivered them. They were supposed to be delivered by 11am. He asked me to wait around for a suprise since I never mentioned to him that I got anything. I waited until 5pm and they never showed. I went home thinking my husband did nothing for me. The only thing they did to resolve it was refund his money or offered to send them the next day instead (which is NOT Valentines Day). They ruined my Valentines Day. Normally, it wouldnt matter that much but Im a brand new mom and could really have used the pick me up during such a stressful day at work. My husband had no reservations made for a restaurant since the flowers were supposed to be my gift. I would never use this place if you intend for your spouse to actually receive what you purchased.

Wonderfully artful arrangements, friendly (and very cool) staff, and eminently reasonable prices. I have purchased countless flowers from this store for my girlfriend and they never disappoint. I usually name a price range, select some flowers, and they work within my budget to come up with something truly special. They are extremely generous; your money will go very far. One quick anecdote: it was Valentines Day last year and my debit card, unbeknownst to me, had been cancelled by my bank due to a security threat. Rather than turning me away empty-handed, they let me take the flowers, without paying, thus saving the day. I returned a few days later to pay them back, but, truth be told, what they did for me was worth much more...

Beautiful flowers, personal and exceptional service. This is the only place I will buy flowers for an occasion. I was astounded by the service, from my conversation over the phone to nail down the perfect bouquet to the delivery driver who called me personally and went to two locations to get my order to my girlfriend on her birthday. Not to mention, the bouquet they put together brought her to tears.

Recently, I have noticed the quality of work has subsided significantly. I hope they pick their game up because in the past, they made beautiful arrangements. The florist totally missed the mark on the last arrangement I ordered. I also feel a bit slighted as a very similar arrangement that I received is listed cheaper on their website. I will be considering other florist for future business.

We worked with Danielle and she took our very basic knowledge of what we wanted and turned it into a breathtaking experience for us. Every time I have walked into the shop, theres someone there to help me put together a nice arrangement of flowers for the occasion. And they are very helpful when you need to be conscious of your budget! Which, for me, is most of the time. They always have fresh beautiful flowers, and they last a long time! Melissa and her staff are top-notch.
