I had ordered from Garden Delights before and the driver delivered to the wrong house. This time they delivered to the wrong house again but at least the flowers didnt sit in the sun all day this time (last time they did send a replacement bouquet to the right house). When I called the company Barb was once again extremely helpful - she apologized for the mixup and refunded part of my charge, which I considered quite fair since the flowers did at least eventually arrive. They were not what I thought I was ordering but Barb included a refund for that as well. The recipient said the flowers were beautiful nonetheless - they were very fresh and they smelled lovely. She will be sending me a photo so I can see for myself exactly what they did get. So even tho it wasnt exactly what I had planned everything worked out well in the end. I definitely recommend this company - even if theres a mixup the flowers are gorgeous and they will do right by you.

I ordered Valentine’s day flowers for my fiance. Arrived on time, but were different in color, volume, and flowers than on the website. Was very disappointed. An email to the florist through the website resulted in a call from the owner (in under an hour) who was very adamant about standing behind his product. He was willing to discount the flowers, and was very sorry for the mixup. Ordering flowers online may be tough, and if there were a better way to ensure that the end product more closely matched the order, Id give five stars. I was still bummed that the flowers did not have the impact I was hoping for, but you couldnt possibly ask for someone to stand behind their work or be as committed to customer service as the owner of Garden Delights is.

Had the most amazing experience working with Garden Delights. Some will say they are expensive. There are times I like to cut corners and times I absolutely do not. My sons wedding rehearsal dinner is a good example. In comparison, there was little difference in cost on the proposals I received. The difference I noticed was attention to detail noted within the proposal, the desire to know my preferences and "vision" for the event, likes and dislikes, and the communication process. When I walked into the venue that evening, I saw exactly what I had imagined and even more. There are times when I like flip flops and times when only a pair of the shiniest, snappiest dancing shoes will do. Its up to you!

I cannot tell you how much we love Garden Delights! From happy to sad occasions - they are our go-to florist. The arrangements are always innovative - not the standard setup, and will work with you to achieve the result you are looking for. Steve and the rest of the staff are willing to help you with not only flower arrangements - but with gift baskets/hostess gifts,etc. The coasters, wine glasses, iron trinkets, etc make the difference with the candies and flowers. Maybe you can find a cheaper florist - but the quality of the flowers and the customer service are worth any extra pennies - I cannot recommend them enough!

I have used a number of florists locally and none were very memorable. I chose Garden Delights because there were 14 reviews and all were outstanding. It payed off, I ordered flowers for my wife on our Anniversary about a week ago and the arrangement was incredible. Now, a week later, it looks even better than it did the day it arrived which thrilled my wife. You always hope you wont be throwing away a $100 bouquet after a week, in this case I would not be surprised if they look just as good this time next week. Thanks Garden Delights, you earned a repeat customer in me!

This place is too expensive, call around, it will be worth your effort. I only called a couple different florists and found another to be $18 bucks cheaper on a half dozen roses. Trust me call around.

You cannot beat their quality. Period. Buy roses from here and theyll last at least a week versus one or two days from Kroger. I buy them on their happy hour after 3pm half price.
