I WAS IMPRESSED AT FIRST WHEN I CALLED THEM TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TWO WEEKS AGO, THEY GOT ME RIGHT IN THE NEXT DAY. WELL FOR ABOUT 1.5 WEEKS NOW I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY GLASSES THAT THEY TOLD ME WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS. NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THEIR PHONE NOR WAS THERE A RECORDING. I EVEN CALLED A BUSINESS DOWN THE STREET TO MAKE SURE I HAVE THE RIGHT PHONE NUMBER. IM NOT REALLY SURE BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I AM NOT HAPPY! I HAVE CALLED EVERYDAY THIS WEEK ABOUT 8 TIMES A DAY JUST WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! NO ONE ANSWERED. IVE SEARCHED THEIR HOURS ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND I CANT FIND THEM ANYWHERE, THEIR WEBSITE DOESNT EVEN HAVE THEM LISTED! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AT FIRST UNTIL NOW. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHEN I CAN PICK UP MY GLASSES! I MEAN I DONT KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO ANSWER A PHONE!

The actual eye exam with the doctor was great; however, the hours are very irregular and there is no answering machine or answering services before during or after hours, which I found very annoying. Also, it appears they have basic phone service and if they are on the phone it rings busy. My sister and I were a little late getting our glasses, because they went on vacation and didnt tell us at the initial check up that they would be closed the next week following for two weeks vacation. This again, goes along with the irregular hours problem. If you can get around that and the contact phone issues, its okay.

They never answer their phone, I called and called for 2 weeks now at all different times and they never answer. I just want to know if my glasses are done. They told me 2 was tops and it been 3.5 and I havent heard anything and they wont answer the phone lines. I have even tried to stop up there twice and each time they have been closed when the business card they gave me says they should be open. The service is fine but its not worth messing with the phone issues or lack of communication !!!!

My children and I were referred to this guy a year ago through our new insurance. It took me two weeks to get a hold of anyone, there is NO answering machine and the hours are as goofy and the dude running the joint. We have to drive clear across town to get there and 4 out fo the 5 times we got there there was a "BE Right Back" sign in the door. How bout an answering service or maybe an assistant? Crazy.

Love the actually eye doctor but the hours are ridiculous, receptionist is rude, and there is no answering service. I have been going here for years because of the frame are better than any other place that takes care source.

The hours are screwy. I do wish they had a voice mail at least saying the works of operation. However, the eye doctor is amazing. He was so good with my children during the eye exams.

The hours are goofy but the service is worth it. I have caresource and they have the CUTEST glasses around, not to mention two walls of selection. The owner was super funny and nice too.

I really love the selection for eye glasses, I get an appointment the moment I call and very happy with my 2 frames, but the wait for the glasses and they dont notify you right away.
