Absolute worst service Ive ever dealt with at any business Ive been to. Brian and one of the managers are rude and unprofessional. The older gentlemen I dealt with first time I came in there didnt know how to do his job know the rules or have any right working in customer service same goes for the manager. At least Brian did apologize for the ignorance of one of his co-workers. The manager I want to say his name is Andrew refused to take The tool I was wanting to pawn because I complained about his employee so he was just being a dick. Thats unprofessional especially when I know for a fact Im able to pawn that tool my husband has done it before. Im beyond livid at this situation and i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Absolute horrible service!!

I have always had a great experience at this location until I had to deal with Cody. Ive been coming to this location for over a year now and I have never have seen him before until recently. He states hes been there for awhile now, unless hes transfered from another store, he seems like he doesnt know what he is doing. Ive delt with Cody before and had a horrible experience as well. The other staff is amazing and they know what theyre doing. If youre coming to this location DONT go to Cody. He will try to low ball you on everything to the point that it sounds like a joke on top of being very slow. Other than that the store is great but I repeat DONT GO TO CODY!!!

Ive been to this place twice in the past 6 years. Each time was to look at guitars. They are asking brand new retail prices on used guitars. 6 years ago, I looked at a Charvel. They were wanting $575. It was in good condition, but not pristine. They were not much into haggling on the price. I then went in last week when I saw 2 Les Paul models in the window. I wanted to see if they were Gibson or Epiphone. They were Epiphone. Both were about $50 off of new price. One they had listed at $449 used, and there were 2 of 4 pots that were spongy and loose. I can get the same NEW Epiphone from Guitar Center for $499 and it comes with a hardshell case!!

Its hard to give stars because the staff at the pawn shop its self are supper nice and helpful and great with kids. Now on the other hand the tax people dont know what they are doing. The one lady I worked with wouldnt stay in her chair to work with me for longer that 5 minutes at a time, she didnt know how to read my W2 and didnt seem to have any experience on the filing system. I understand the system was new but she claimed to be the manager so she should have been well practiced in order to help customers and other employees. I decided not to file with them and went elsewhere.

I was wanting to sell a limited edition zelda wii u which online sells for $300 used but the guy offered me $65 and that was with my pikmin 3 game included. The offer to me was an insult especially knowing that gamestop would buy the wii u alone for $110. I dont recommend this place to anyone. The guy didnt seem like he even knew anything about what i was trying to sell.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. ROCK ROAD PAWN HAS WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive been loaning the same ring to them for 5 years, and I always pickup/pay on time. 2 months ago my payment notifications stopped, so I called in to check on my ring. Turns out they pulled it after 4 times of calling in and a gentleman saying theres a system issue and nothing will be pulled.

Never had a problem until recently. Bought a used game and it didnt work. Went back and exchanged it for another with the price of the first game off. Surprise, the game didnt work either. I go to return it and i can only get the money back for the secons game because i didnt have a receipt for the one i returned, really? Stay away.

Very terrible experience at this location. I called them on the phone and they said they would give me $1.00to $2.00 each to pawn blurays.so I use the little gas I had to go there and the same guy I talked to on the phone told me a quarter each.They are a liars.I Will not go to this location again.

Bought a ring for a birthday present that was pretty and a good price. Went to all the A OK stores that day. The ladies working that day took the time to show me everything I wanted to see and a few I missed. Thanks for making my shopping great that day.

This pawn shop is garbage!! I wouldnt advise nobody to go here unless you necessarily have to. They are some thieves and will not honor their words. The guy name Stan have a nasty attitude and not professional.

Waited on hold for 10 minutes and then they were rude as hell. Bad enough they screw people down on there luck but I was wanted to make a purchase. Not now!!!! It made me give them a star by the way.
