Very poor customer service; went in here to pay finance charges that were only a few days overdue to a delay in my paycheck and they had already placed my items on the floor and wouldnt do anything for me. The guy there had gotten an attitude, very cocky, and even using profanity toward me when trying to work out something to get my merchandise back but all tries failed. I will NEVER use this shop again. On my slip it says the guys name was Robert! He has a gotee like beard and is dark skinned. Regardless of who is working I refuse to go here again! This guy had even raised his voice to my husband who these things had belonged to. No one there was helpful not even the other individuals behind the counter. If I ever need to go to another pawn shop it wont be this one. Ill go out of my way to find one who treats customers with the respect they deserve. He tried to tell me the customer isnt always right and for those in the retail business we all know that is what we are told; customer is always right! The profanity was beyond this world! Very bad!!! Wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

I have now purchased three items from this store. They tell you right up front that there are no refunds unless the item does not work. They give you plenty of time to test and make sure item functions properly. In spite of this, I did have one item that did not function 100% when i got it home. I took it back, not wanting a refund, happy to exchange for another model. They very politely checked, determined what I said was correct, looked for a replacement and could not find one. They gave me a refund with no hassle. You cannot ask for more than that. They are not Walmart with a policy to take anything back no matter what. But neither are Craigs list, eBay, or your local garage sale. Do your due diligence before you leave store and you can get some very good items at very good prices.

Do not do business here as a pawn if what your pawning is of any value. I been doing business here for over 4 months. I had a pawn ticket for some family gold the ticket was $120 to get out. I was on my last day of grace9-23-15. My mom was in the hospital this past week and i was taking care of her. I called the pawn shop 9-27-15 and talked to christian he said it wasnt pulled and i could come today so i went this afternoon and they pulled my ticket charged me $13 bucks to reinstate my bracelet and charged me and extra $80 plus another $80 as interist. The manager even saw my ticket was on hold until today he didnt care so for $120 dollar loan they charged me $160 on top of that so i owe $280 for borroeing $120 do not go here they dont care and lie straight to your face

I put a projector in laway, put $50 and changed my mind the very next day, could not get my money back but the said i could use it towards something in store, so i go and get a $50 speaker and they only want to give me a $20 credit for a storing fee for 1 day. Pretty shady if you ask me, i have spent over $1000 in this place. I hope that $50 was worth it because you lost a customer for life.

I purchased an item from these folks last week on E-Bay. It arrived in a timely manner, VERY well packaged and in the condition advertised. Questions I had were promptly addressed to my satisfaction by a gentleman named Christian. I am extremely pleased with this transaction and will not hesitate to conduct business with them again. Highly recommended!

This place is a rip off like most pawn shops, cannot compromise with them when it comes to selling. When buying make sure your items are in operating condition, they will not refund you if you bring it back and it is broken when you bought it. Like most Pawn shops which you should avoid at all times they will rip you off. No pawn shop is honest.

Very poor customer service! Very cheap offers when you are trying to sell something you know is of value. Low ballers that act like they are doing you a favor with whatever they decide to give you on what you are trying to sell! Very very rude as well!! Will never buy or sell anything here again or advise anyone else to!!!

Worst people Ive ever dealt with! I HIGHLY suggest you dont give them your business. I took in a 7 month old wedding gown covered top to bottom with pearls, gorgeous trane and in immaculate condition. I paid $700 brand new and all they were willing to give was $10 and the people are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Ive been to alot of pawn shops and this is one of the worst when it comes to selling items. They try to give you a sixth of what your item is actually worth and will not budge at all. Horrible pawn shop. Try to avoid the heavy set white guy with the beard.

Everything is BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK - No Return No Exchanges. Better off going to Cash America across the street. At least they have some type of warranty. There are no marking or anything saying anywhere its a No Refund situation.
