Overall the place is nice. The reason I gave 2 stars is because Im still upset that they did not honor a price that they clearly had on a ring I wanted to buy. It was in the sale case with a "WOW" tag on it and it said $169! When I went to purchase the manager looked at the ring and said we cant sell the ring that cheap because it had another tag attached to it that said a much higher price. Needless to say I loved the ring so I put it on layaway. Whatever happened to businesses having to honor the marked price???

Always get nearly twice as much for my pawn than at any other place in the area. The service is prompt and friendly and there are usually really good deals to be had. They arent afraid to haggle prices with you, and if you cant agree on a price for what you want to buy, wait a few days. The prices come down regularly and the inventory turns over frequently, new stuff every week. This is the only place I take my stuff when I need money, and usually the first place I go when I am ready to spend money.

This store is never very clean, sometimes you can find good deals. Last visit the clerk quoted me a price on 2 items $50. When I checked out the total with tax should have been $54.05 i paid$60 cash he gave me $.46 cents change and no receipt, Had I noticed at the time I might have raised a big stink, but I was in a hurry and had 5:00 traffic to drive home in. When I called them to inform them of the mistake I was put on hold and they did not come back on the line.

Pretty sad that a customer and her child walks in the store. Bo greeting, then we are looking around and my child needed to go to restroom. She goes and asked and he goes, yes we have a restroom but its off limits! You really wanted our business. My child was the one looking for a guitar and she wanted to buy one in there but why would we give business to a place who cant even let a child use the restroom. I could understand if it was an adult!!!

Every body is nice, except I heard John say to a customer that was purchasing, and I quote, " Im not worried about the other customers unless they are buying something" Ride, we all heard you , this is a pawn shop, we are all customers. The rest of the girls are awesome!!!!

Had a good experience last week with the ladies working that day. My first time taking some things in to be sold and overall I was happy with what they gave me.
