Bait and switch advertising was pretty much my experience. I rarely post negative reviews but my interaction with the Polaris dealership in Monee was one that cant be forgotten. Last week I contacted the dealership looking to purchase a Polaris Slingshot. I knew exactly what I wanted and simply wanted an out the door price. A salesman called me and emailed me and confirmed they had two coming in that day that fit what I was looking for and the price for each. I told him it would be a few days before I could come in and he said they might be gone by then but if not to call when I was ready to come in and make sure one was still available. A few days later I text the salesman and he confirmed one had been sold but one was still available. I told him I planned to come the next day and he told me that someone else was coming that afternoon to look at it. I cleared my schedule, drove an hour to take it for a test drive and had money my pocket to buy it for the price quoted. I met the salesman, told him I was ready to buy it and just needed to take it for a test drive and we could start the paperwork. He then told me that he was going to charge a bunch of extra fees (approximately another $1,500) because his boss had told him that they werent making enough profit on price he quoted me. I told him I didnt do business that way and wasnt going to buy it that day after the bait and switch advertising they pulled. The next day I text the salesman and told him it didnt sit well with me. He told me he was going to talk with the owner and would follow up with me the next day. He never did. I have no problem with supply and demand economics - but dont quote one price, get someone to drop everything they are doing to make the purchase and then hit them with an increased price.

It all started in Indiana when me and my friend decided to go and buy two Indian Scout Sixties and drove almost 130 miles to Monee to checkout Indian Motorcycles. My friend had already called them up and they had the bikes lined up ready for test ride. As we walked in, we were welcomed by George, who by far, the best salesman Ive met since I started looking for bikes and got myself into riding (almost 4years). He was so humble and patient with all our questions and allowed us to test ride every bike we asked him. That shows his dedication and work ethic he has and to sell the motorcycle. And he was not pushy like a lot Ive seen before, waited till the last moment and asked us what we think about the bikes and finally my friend ended up booking his Indian Scout Sixty. Although I didnt buy one due to personal constraints, I wanted to write this review for George, the best salesman Ive ever met so far. If youre around the area and looking to buy an Indian Motorcyle, George is your guy! Thank you for a wonderful experience and good luck!

Rode up from Champaign today to get my 500 mile service on my Chieftain Elite that I purchased from out of state. My experience was awesome! I had an appointment, they pulled it right in, dropped me off for lunch, come back to pick me up when I called and my bike was done. Talked with a George a bit, he was very friendly and threw me a swag T-Shirt for stopping in. Worth the 200 mile ride to get top notch service.

My girlfriend suggested we go just to look at these incredible motorcycles. I really didnt want to go because "why look if Im not ready to buy?"So on a beautiful Sunday morning We went . Four days later there was a brand new Indian Road master in my garage. Thanks George for making my life long dream a reality.

They are very friendly.. do everything possible to help you understand the product you have.. Not one time did I feel uncomfortable asking questions that you yourself may feel is a silly question.. We will definitely be going back there for all our needs. I highly recommend this as the go to place .
