I took my 2011 Thunderbird in on Saturday, August 13th to have my drive belt aligned. I had changed the rear tire out myself & when installed the belt would chirp when wet. I paid Bikers Edge to align the belt, letting them know I had changed the tire last. After picking up the bike and getting 1 hour south of town, it began to chirp constantly, wet or dry, all of the way to Arkansas & back. I returned today (Tuesday, August 16th) for an appointment to have it double checked. The technician took it in for 15 minutes rode it around the block briefly & said it was done. I did not get a block away before it began chirping again. I went back & they told me they had adjusted it to "spec." I requested a refund & they refused, even though they had made the issue that I had paid to have resolved even worse. I would not let them continue to work on my motorcycle as they had shown a low level of competence. Finally, I was told by the parts manager they simply used blocks of wood to lift the bike with the exhaust.

This company consistently overcharges by a wide margin for all things..especially Triumph. Example: I was going to buy a pair of tires from them for my 06 Triumph at a reasonable price...the caveat was they wanted to charge $400 to put them on! Insane pricing for 30 minutes of work especially considering my bike has single sided swingarm. Also, they are completely incompetent about most any bike and are unable to get ANY parts for my bike what-so-ever. Lunacy considering they are the only "authorized Triumph dealer" and servicer in town. Furthermore yet, I was getting quotes on having my throttle bodies balanced and valve clearances checked (routine maintenance). I was told they wouldnt check the valve clearances unless I had "some type of catastrophic engine noises"...what a ridiculous thing to say!!...on a side note they quoted me $700 for these routine services assuming I did have engine noise. NEVER go there unless you are wanting to buy a brand new bike.

I took my 05 Vegas in , it was running extremely rough at idle and would die . They diagnosed it as a cracked boot , but said it was still running rough and the idle would jump up to 2 or 3k and were having a hard time getting it figured out , that the PCIII was interfering . After a week I picked the bike up having a trip planned . I got home and found a reflector was missing off the front fork . I had to call twice and they had finally found the reflector under the lift, then informed me they had the tank bolt covers also. As I was checking the bike over later that day I found the cap for the diagnostic plug was also missing. Changed my plan and took it to The Vic Shop in De Soto, Iowa . He didnt have it on the dyno for one minute and said the ECM had lost its map . You would think if they had it plugged into their computer they could have seen the ECM had lost its map.

I cannot even begin to say enough good things about Bikers Edge. They genuinely care about their customers. It isnt just a sale to them, it is sell and then provide excellent customer service. You didnt just sell us the Slingshot, you sold us fun and happiness. In all my almost 50 years , I have never known or done something as exhilarating as going down the open road, wind in my hair, Bruno playing on Pandora, sitting next to my soul mate, us singing, and at that moment, not a care in the world. It is my therapy now, my anti-depressant. You guys know I love you, and most of all, THANK YOU!

I recently purchased a 08 Victory Hammer S from the team @ Bikers Edge. The entire process from initial test drive, negotiating, processing of paperwork, to picking up the bike exceeded my expectations. The salesman, Jerald “The Parrot”, during the purchase of my motorcycle especially went above beyond what I expected during the experience. I simply can’t say enough good things about the motorcycle or the entire Biker’s Edge team Brian, Jerald, Bobby, Brian, Amber, etc... Again thanks so much Bikers Edge. You have certainly earned another long term loyal customer!

Great place to do business. I am a professional Streetbike freestyle rider and recently did i show for them. I can not say enough how friendly they are and its locally owned business where you can actually meet the owner and family. How can you go wrong, great family with a great staff. And I had a issue with my motorcycle while I was there and there service shop got me fixed up in no time. They have all the state of the art tools and the know how to go with it. Like I said cant say enough about this place one of my favorite places Ive done a show at!!!!!

NOT GOOD. I dropped off a vechicle to get an estimate done. They first told me that it would take a day or two to get the estimate done. They also charged me 193.00 just to do an estimate. Thats crazy, If you wreck your car and you get an estimate you dont pay the body shop for that!!!!!!!!!!! Just goes to show that they are the only polaris dealer in town and dont care about customer service; they dont have to they are the only choice. I personally would never buy anything there and will be driving all the way to hutch from now on!!

My wife and I bought our new bike here and we really enjoyed the whole experience. When you walk in you know right away the store is ran by people who are not only knowledgeable about their bikes, but also enjoy riding them. Since our purchase I have had new pipes and other upgrades done to the bike and the mechanics and service personnel are top notch. They are helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend considering Bikers Edge for new bikes and equipment and also servicing your current ride.

Ive been riding bikes for over fourty years and have purched a lat of bikes both for off road and on road riding the folks at BIKERS EDGE are the best at fitting the needs of there customers by the way they find out what fits your needs before the sale not after when you are stuck with the wrong bike purchase the sale fits our style of riding prefictly the right power and preformance to fit us not what they happen to have to sell but what fit us best thanks BIKERS EDGE YOU ARE THE BEST

I puruchased a used 06 Triumph Speedmaster that was originally bought from bikers edge. Bike is awsome!! I love it, but started having problems with it backfiring and only running on 1 cylinder. Ended up getting it into Bikers Edge service dept. Kyle hooked me up! He was able to troubleshoot bike correctly and I really did have a good experience with the mechanics down there. Great group of people! Ride safe and thanks for getting me back on the road!

Had a verbal agreement on purchasing a bike from them. Went to the shop and took it for a test drive. When I returned the bike, Lyle, said he had a lady that was going to pay $400 more for it and if I wanted it had to pay an additional $400 even after we already had a verbal agreement. Shook his hand, left and bought a bike out of town. This company does not have good character!! Not a good way to do business.
