Stopped in to have a full lube replacement to include a fork oil change on 10/4/11 at the Okc location. I was quoted a time of 1 1/2 hours for the lube change and 3 1/2 hours for the fork oil change. I was billed for 6.6 hours of labor. I wasnt happy but paid my bill and went on my way. Three miles down the road after leaving the dealership the clutch dome cover flew off my bike and dumped hyd oil down the left side of my bike. Called the dealership to come get me cause I was stranded. The mech showed up and replaced the dome cover and we went back to the dealership. Turns out the mechanic didnt torque the bolts on the cover. Chuck is the service manager there and the only positive experience I had at the dealership. When I asked how the dealership would make this right he offered a $100 gift card and to have my bike detailed the next day. I went in the next day for the detailing and started to get a bit upset when after 40 minutes my bike still hadnt been touched! I asked to speak with the owner, Jim Strickland, who initially seemed concerned and asked how he could make it right. I told him that because of their mistake I lost 4 hours of my time and that if their time is worth $79 dollars an hour mine should be too. He agreed to give me back money for 2 hours of my time in exchange for the $100 gift card they had given the night before. I gave him the gift card but when I reminded him that I had lost 4 hours he became upset and said that I was taking advantage of his kindness! He then told me that he would not pay me for sitting and doing nothing but waiting! Even though it was because of their shoddy service that I was there waiting! The end result was that he, the owner Jim Strickland, renigged on his offer to reimberse me for 2 hours of my time, kept the gift card, and then had his guy stop cleaning my bike! Unreal! I never once raised my voice or used any profanity whatsoever so I was shocked by his actions. I am a lifetime HOG member and a proud HD rider but because of this experience I will never again take my bike to a Harley Davidson dealership.

Buy a Harley, but dont buy it HERE. Bought a 2015 Road Glide 6 months ago, and one of the hard bags just fell off....no worries...I bought the extended service plan! But,wait.....IRON NATION wont repair it because I must have done something to make the bag fall off. Strange, because they told me how great the extended service plan was when they sold it to me. So I forked out the thousands of dollars for the peace of mind....instead it turned out to be a piece of...First they implied that I must be too stupid to insert two pins correctly. Then they told me to claim it on my insurance. Not sure when this pattern of stupidity started on my part, but Ive narrowed it down to sometime last September when I walked into the dealership. Let me clarify, the service and parts guys are first rate. The sales/management staff are another story. Donnie was a pretty tough dude on the phone when he was doing anything to keep from repairing the defective bag. It must have worn him out because he wouldnt come out of his office when we got there. Phil, the store manager, wasnt much better. I couldnt get the GM of Harley Davidson World to return my calls either. So, we cancelled the extended service plan (since its really worthless to me anyway), and I would probably be too stupid to use it properly. I cant really recommend another local dealer because I have only purchased from them. My brother and I have bought 3 harleys from them in the last 5 years. I guess you have to spend more than 50K before you get the royal treatment. IRON NATION SUCKS

I was riding from California back home to Ohio and needed and oil & filter change. I called on Wednesday and asked John if he could "fit me in" on Thursdays schedule in the late afternoon. He told me it shouldnt be a problem. I called again while enroute Thursday and spoke to Chuck in the service department. I told him Id be there about 3:30 and could they still get the bike serviced. He said they could - no problem. I was greeted by Loyd S. when I walked into the service department. He wrote up my work order as Chuck came out of his office and spoke with me. I forgot my phone on the bike and Loyd took me to my bike and there I met the tech working on my bike, Kevin. Asked him to check air suspension pressure, which he did. While I was waiting, Dave got me a HOG mileage form and faxed it (to HOG). Service took about an hour. Im very satisfied. All the folks that I had contact with were absolutely great.

They have had 4400.00 of my money for 3 weeks Ive had to call them repeatedly to have them send over the contract to my finance company forest the young salesmen is a liar and the if tries to screw me out of thousands dont buy here take your business to any dealer but them they will lie to you and say you have to buy a Warren package that is 3500 to sell me the bike then I said no and they changed the price to 15000 on a bike that supposed to be 11999. 3 weeks now where is my 4400? Why is the finance company still waiting on the papers they are supposed to send? after calling them for a week. They lie saying the sent then then forgot their lie on day 3 of me calling them oh sorry we forgot......

We have purchased 2 bikes within the past yr. Great prices friendly staff overall nice experience..However the FINANCE DEPARTMENT STUCK US with the extended warranty on the first bike that we did not want. We had to be very aggressive getting that canceled and monies refunded to the loan.. The second bike they did not notify my bank they had the bike or submit the information for the payoff within a timely manner. This resulted in extra payments after trade off and I had to wait for a refund over payment---very irritating so clarify these details if you make a purchase.

A+ Service Dept! I cant say enough good things about the guys at Harley Davidson World as well as their sister store Iron Nation in Edmond. They are always very helpful on the phone no matter what the question or problem. Their shop services are excellent and they put out great work. This is not your typical run of the mill service center...these guys can do it all! What prompted this review is that I fiddled with my ignition towards the end of the day and locked myself out of my bike. The guys sent someone to me to fix my bike on the spot and get me going again.

The experience I with him the staff was fantastic. It went from sales, service, and parts. I went in need to have a payment at a certain place. They worked with me for a couple hours to get me where I needed to be. Everyone there made sure they told me thank you and were just as excited as me to buy the bike. They went above and beyond for me which includes delivery the bike to me since I live a hour and a half away. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle of any kind.
