ABSOLUTELY HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT CYCLE PLAZA. I HAVE NOT HAD MUCH LUCK WITH BUYING USED VEHICLES IN THE PAST BUT THIS IS REDICULOUS. I BOUGHT A 2008 KLR650 AS MY FIRST MOTORCYCLE AND IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. THE LITTLE THINGS I DONT MIND FIXING, LIKE MY HEADLIGHT GOING OUT SHORTLY AFTER PUCHASE, OR NEEDING TO ADJUST MY CHAIN SLACK. HELL, EVEN NEEDING THE TO REPLACE MY TIRE TUBES I DONT MIND TOO MUCH, EVEN THOUGH THEY STARTED LOOSING AIR FROM THE START. BUT NOT REPLACING THE CLUTCH CABLE, WHICH HAD ME STRANDED WHEN IT BROKE, AND NOT REPLACING THE CHAIN THAT PROBABLY HAS 7,000 PLUS MILES ON IT, ALSO LEAVING ME TO PUSH MY BIKE HOME. I DIDNT KNOW THESE TELL TAIL SIGNS OF A BAD CLUTCH WIRE OR CHAIN UNTIL NOW THAT IVE HAD TO MECHANIC UP A LITTLE BIT. AFTER THE PURCHASE IT HAS SEEMED THAT NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP. EVEN IF THEY REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE DONT BELIEVE THEM, THEYLL MAKE ME SOUND LIKE ITS ALL MY FAULT AND THEY TRIED TO WORK IT OUT WHICH IS BS. ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS SOUND OBSOLETE BECAUSE OF THEIR RESPOSES. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING AGAIN TO PURCHASE A SINGLE ITEM. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE PEOPLE THESE ARE PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE. (ESPECIALLY THE GM WHOS NAME IS MATT)!!!!! WILL BE SPEADING THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO ALL MY MOTORCYCLE FRIENDS AND ANYONE WHO THINKS THEY SHOULD STOP BY THIS PLACE.

Bike was brought here for some damage that happened during a storm. Bike was knocked over in said storm and took some cosmetic damage. Im talking a cracked seat fairing, frame sliders, handle bar end, foot peg, and mirror.(not major overhaul is what Im saying) Bike was taken in right there at the end of June(dont have the exact day on hand, but was before the 4th of July holiday). I gave them 2 weeks and then called to see where we were at. "Waiting on the last 2 parts to arrive." Cool, I get it! Maybe parts were just behind. Following week called again, "waiting on the frame sliders, should be here any day now." Called last week and can you guess what we are waiting on?? Yup, frame sliders! Which "should be here any day now!" Im seeing a trend here. These are the same frame sliders I can go on Amazon right now and get next day delivery on. Heck, standard shipping would have been here weeks ago. So I will call again because we can safely assume THEY will not call me to let me know we are waiting on frame sliders! This evolution is taking wayyyyyyyy to long l, especially for the amount of money they charged. Wayyyyyy to long !!!! Nice staff so far, very professional(thus far) and polite, so I gave them an extra star. They just move at the pace of my dead grandma.

First and foremost, I understand that this is not a Triumph shop. I just wanted a safety check. The front brake indicator switch was acting up, asked if they had something similar I could slap on. "Nope". Alright called up Dynamo took the part off went in. Low and behold with absolutely no physical modification a Kawasaki fits put it on and it works beautifully. Go back, they tell me the front tire is below and wont pass the safety because its down to the wear indicator. I was surprised, its not new, Im like ok well it looked fine. He takes me out to show me, cant find what hes talking about, makes the claim this one must not have it for some reason. OK. "Can I just buy that metzler you have on the rack and well toss it on inspection done?" "No, we cant work on Triumphs." I understand, its a Kawi/yamaha/star/victory/indian shop. but its a front tire. Its not held on by alien technology, just a metric lug. It balances just like other tires. If this company has so little faith in their mechanics that they wont let them change a tire, what does that tell you about the quality of work they are putting out? I would not buy a bike from them, I would not allow them to do anything to my lawnmower, let alone my bike.

First of all I will never buy anything from these people again I went there a couple months ago to buy a bike I found one that I liked so I bought it CASH then I find out they sold it to me 700$ more than the bike is even worth which I wasnt too upset because I really dug the bike not to mention I also bought a helmet at full price when I purchased the bike you think since they screwed me hard enough on the price of the bike youd make a better deal on a helmet but no still I wasnt mad enough to write a review till today when I took it in to have my break light checked out they wanted to rape me once again and try to charge me another129$ to just look at it there customer service is the worst you think they would have been more than happy to check out a safety issue on a bike that they sold without any problems but no from now on I dont care if I have to drive to California to buy a bike I will Never deal with cycle plaza again for any reason and every one I know wont deal with them either

I bought a used Honda XR600R from Cycle Plaza almost two years ago, Christmas of 2011. the staff and sales people were awesome, very friendly, and outgoing, I felt like a friend, not just a customer. I actually got a really great deal, and almost feel like I ripped them off! after taking the bike home and playing around on it a-bit, I installed a dual-sport kit to make it street legal. I then brought the bike back up there and they were able to do the enhanced vehicle inspection on it, so I could get the green sheet to change the title to street legal. All in all, I will be purchasing a brand new bike soon, and look forward to doing business with them again! ( I hope the salesman remembers me and gives me a customer loyalty discount ( lol ) ) I can most def recommend this place. Dont worry about what the other bad apples on Google have said. every time I go there for parts or service, its great, way better than certain OTHER dealerships in town. Just give it a try!

My husband bought a 2016 indian dark horse on March 31st with a lot of extra accessories from this dealer. A short time later about a month in a half later on his way to work he lost the right side saddlebag.. he had just called you guys the week before to complain that the latches on the bag would come loose and he would find the latches and the little steel pins loose inside the bags. When he called you to try and rectify this matter there was a lotta running around by your people when he would call to find out if anything was getting done and we would get answers like "well we will call you , polaris is giving us a hard time Indian doesnt want to replace the bags they are saying he didnt fasten them down right>> then nothing not a response to this day .. We are very disappointed at this dealer ship and though we are just one customer its one less that you will have.
