Hi guys! So I rarely write reviews for this kind of thing, but I was so impressed with Express Flowers that I promised myself to write this. I wanted to order flowers for my girlfriend who works in the city. I was a bit skeptical when I first visited the website because it was not entirely well put together or organized, but I took a chance and called Joe (the main employee of the shop) and was very, very happy that I did. So right off the bat, dont take the quality of the website as a reflection of the service. Call Joe. Call. Joe. Joe was wonderful to work with and personalized my flowers more so than I have ever experienced with any other flower shop. His flowers are very well priced, and the arrangement he created for my girlfriend were absolutely beautiful. He kept me in the loop from the creation of the arrangement all the way to the delivery of the package via email and text. If I didnt answer my phone, Joe would email me. If I didnt respond to email, he would call me. I want to stress that Joe goes above and beyond for his customers, and it was very clear that he wanted to make sure I (the customer) and the recipient were very happy with the entire process. The flowers were AWESOME!! I actually decided to use Express Flowers because I wanted a local company - not one of those 800 flowers places - and what sealed the deal were the reviews on this site. To be honest, this was one of my best flower buying experiences. I called and talked to a guy named George and we figured out exactly what to get. I told him the flowers she liked and the ones she didnt. In about 30 minutes I got a call back and George said they were out of the vase that fit the order I was going after. He said he could give me a more elegant vase or a larger one. The elegant one held fewer flowers so went with the bigger one. I told him I would pay the difference and he wouldnt let me do that - he said it was their mistake so he handled it. Super classy move. And I have to admit - when I saw the "larger vase"... damn - it was huge! George hooked me up big time and she was super happy. She is going through a real tough time and these flowers helped out. Thanks!!

Joe was extremely accommodating. I wanted to get flowers for a new flame, and had planned it all at the last min. Not only did he deliver them on a Sunday, but the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The flame in question told me every day since receiving them that the flowers opened up and have just gotten more and more beautiful. These guys know what theyre doing!!! Joe is a great guy who has bent over backwards, and at no time gave me any signs that I was a bother, even though I had asked a million questions. I wanted things to go perfectly, and thanks to his patience, and professionalism, they went beyond perfect! Thanks Joe!!! - Alberto

For the superlatives that describe Express Flowers, the English language is far too limited. Ive read the other reviews of this florist, and its go-to guy Joe. My experience was just as excellent. I had TWO arrangements delivered, and I was a bit high maintenance about them. I knew what I wanted to say, and Joe knew how to say it with flowers. He was prompt with all communications, and went far out of his way to make sure that his flowers, and my satisfaction, were both amazing. Anyone wanting a florist in Miami should start here.

My wife and I used Express Flowers to provide the centerpieces and bouquet at our wedding. Joe was very patient and made the experience very painless. Even though we asked for everything with only a few weeks advance and booked them right around Mothers Day, Joe always kept in contact about the status of the flowers we wanted and made sure that the delivery happened early on a Saturday. Not to mention the arrangements were beautiful and under budget! Their service is exceptional - hire them if you want a sure thing.

I worked with the owner Joe to order my friend who just had her baby flowers. He was very nice and helpful with putting together the most beautiful floral arrangement for her. I cannot thank him and his staff enough! My friend and her family are going crazy over how beautiful the arrangement was! I would definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking to impress a loved one! It’s a great feeling to know you can not only trust them, but end up with a product that is exactly what you were looking for! Thanks again!

Called to order flowers for my girl. My Grandmother recommended him, which is an automatic great sign. Joe couldnt have been friendlier or more accommodating. Although what I wanted wasnt available, instead of trying to sell me something else, he recommended another business where I could find what I was looking for. Not often you find a business that truly values the customers needs. I will be back to use him again in the near future. Just made my day to receive service like that. Thank you Joe.

I live in Los Angeles and chose Express Flowers based on Google reviews. Joe certainly lived up to his reputation - his customer service really is above and beyond. The order I placed was fairly insignificant. In addition, there was nobody at the recipients office when the delivery person showed up. Several phone calls, 3 emails and a text-message later and delivery was completed on a Friday afternoon. Joes attitude is amazing - he cares and perseveres!

I contacted them for an arrangement for my sisters first baby. Wanted something as special as it gets, and thats exactly what we got. My sister sent me a picture of the arrangement, she was almost in tears from joy. It is simply gorgeous. So perfect. I cant say enough good things about the customer service and quality of care that I received today when working with Joe at Express Flowers. He totally worked with my budget and arrangement desires, was SUPER friendly and helpful AND when the hotel messed up on receiving the delivery, he went above and beyond to make sure my client got the flowers. Fantastic - I was out of town, and needed flowers for Valentines Day. I read the reviews, and thought that he was too good to be true. I called, and they took care of everything. I was willing to pay whatever they wanted, but he worked to give me a great price. 3 weeks later and my girl is still talking about the flowers. Everybody who saw them wanted to know where I got them. As long as I am in Miami, I will never use another florist.
